This (along with Coco) is my favorite Pixar movies. The colors are brilliant, the sound is superb. It's a story of a Rat who loves to cook, trying to deal with humans and the his father "old ways". Kids and adults will love it, and maybe even take something away from it. Yes, a great chief can come from anyone!

We purchased this DVD because someone had recommended it to us and we were a little hesitant based on the main character being a rat. But it was the most amazing movie. I don't want to give away too much of the story, but it is one of my favorite Disney movies now. 5 stars for sure!! One of Disney's best. You forget you're watching a rat because you start to get to know him so well. It's just incredible.

Ratatouille is a great Pixar film. And it has a really great message behind it. And this movie have a rat that likes to try and cook. The rat's name is Remy. Remy gets separated from his family in Paris and teams up with a nobody.that nobody happens to be the son of a famous chef to pass the way and doesn't even know his father was a famous chef... That chef was chef Gusteau. The nobody is a kid or teenager or and his way twenties his name is Linguine. This movie proves that a friend can come out of no where. It also proves that if and what you set your mind too.....anything is possible.

Ratatouille uses the tale of Remy to show how anyone, with the right drive and passion, can become who they wish to be despite their upbringing. With adult themes, in kid friendly trappings, viewers of all ages can enjoy this movie. A far cry from extended toy ads like Cars & later Toy Story movies.

Nabbed this on sale for $19.99. The steelbook art is very nice and looks great beside my other Pixar films. The audio/ video on the disc plays great on our big screen 5.1 home theatre. The film itself is among Pixar’s greatest works. Highly recommend, especially if it goes back on sale.

This is one of my favorite movies and it is finally on 4K steelbook! This was very difficult to get my hands on but once I finally found and purchased it - my day was made! The artwork is perfect just like the other Disney/Pixar Steelbooks. Highly recommend this item!

Unlike most other Pixar films, Ratatouille doesn't feel that it needs to tug at the heartstrings in order to capture the audience. The sense of adventure and the visual ride that the audience feels is enough for the audience to make this movie a 10 out of 10 without making the viewer want to burst out in tears. This is an absolute must own for kids and adults alike.

I really like ratatouille and I was hoping it would get rereleased in 4K. To my surprise, not only was it rereleased in 4K, but it actually got a steel book version as well. This is definitely worth picking up as it will fit perfectly with all of the other steel book Disney releases.

Ratatouille is my teenage daughter favorite movie. I had a hard time finding this movie online, but thanks to Best Buy, it was an unexpected gift my daughter had no idea what it was when I gave her the present. When she opened it, a priceless moment because she thought her mom didn't know her as well as she thought ! Thank you Best Buy for having this movie.

The artwork on this latest batch of Pixar steels is every bit as beautiful as the films themselves. Vibrant colors, rich detail, and it tells you everything you need to know about the film just by looking at it. Any Pixar fan needs this on their shelf!

Considered by many to be the worst of the Disney Pixar movies, I still enjoyed this movie. It is imaginative, creative, somewhat disgusting, and playful.

Ratatouille has always been a favorite Disney film of ours. Especially after traveling to France and recognizing many areas depicted in the cartoon movie! This film is even better in 4K! You cannot go wrong in getting this Disney movie!

I really like it when these Steelbooks go on sale; I stock up on them for my daughter's collection. Ratatouille, like the rest, is a good 4k transfer in a nice case - though this particular one did ship with a little ding on it.

Great movie! I got this as an upgrade from my DVD. The quality was much better! I so wish I could find it in 3D as it was in the theaters. Remember, buy Blu-Ray's, don't stream --- Don't trust your favorite movies to someone elses server - it may not be there when you want it!!

Im not a huge disney fan anymore, but this film has a special meaning to my wife and i. I was really happy to see the price so low on a 4k steelbook version of this underrated film. my kids really loved watching it as well.

HONESTLY WAS ONLY A SLIGHT NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE FROM THE 4K disc as compared to the blue ray copy I already owned . The menu was better also I think on the original blue ray 1080p edition. As we would expect the colors are much more eye popping and vivid on the 4K steelbook version . I really can’t complain at all for the price of 9.99. That is an absolute steal and worth it if you have a new 4K tv with hdr.

Ummm… a rat with aspirations of being a chef in Paris?! Whose crazy idea was this?! It’s a crazy idea that somehow works extremely well. Pixar has the magic formula, or the magic recipe!

We set our goals and we seek out ways to be ourselves and grow into them. Acheiving... will bring us closer to being understood by not just new friends but old ones. It's a touching theme with a quirky flare that makes it a memorable adventure to return to.
