Rayovac makes good reliable batteries, unlike some other major brand (which shall remain nameless) that I have had leak in so many devices after just a few months I can't count them... even though the batteries still had charge, they leaked! Not so with Rayovac, so far anyway.,

These are batteries. You put them into whatever you need that is compatible and they work. I have not tested these batteries in long term storage, but I will guess they are like any other battery. I do not know why you are looking at reviews for batteries, but I do hope that you have a great day.
