I get worried ordering them on the big "A" site. Seems like people get duds there. Easier to just bring them back to a local Best Buy if necessary, though I haven't had to.

Defective and shorted on return

Returned noth packs, only refunded for one. Started a case with customer service, nothing happened. So I'm out 20 bucks and also no batteries. Won't be renewing my membership that's for sure.
