Solid batteries. Hold up well. They don't drain as quickly as other batteries.

Rayovac batteries are a great buy - they work just as well as more expensive batteries.

These seem to be as good as Duracell or Energizer. I never bought Rayovac before so we'll see.

The Rayovac batteries have a good performance for the price. I use these primarily for remotes for my electronics and flashlights. I have used a pair of these in a Xbox 360 controller, receiving over 80 hrs of operation time. My main choice in selecting these batteries over other brands was that these were on sale when purchasing batteries.
