Opened Package- Purchased New

Received them with an opened package hidden under a new one. The hidden one had been opened with batteries in mixed up order (some upside down) and package was taped with an inspection sticker on it. I paid for new unopened batteries, so I had to travel 5 miles wasting gas and time to return them for a replacement.
