Two words to describe it: sexy and comfortable. It doesn’t heat up my phone while being on it for awhile and on top of all that it’s a RAZER.

I bought this case and the slim version when BB had them on sale. I was afraid this would be bulky like other really popular protector type cases and why I doubled up with the slim case. Unfounded, this is still pretty slim and comparable to my leather Apple cases. I will probably save the Razer slim case for a rainy day, but this is my daily and really enjoying the size, feel, and overall aesthetic. Don’t worry about the matte finish, I did garden work all last week and don’t see any residual dirt after just brushing it off on my pants. The finish feels like a great mix of grippy but still smooth. Only concern is getting dirt in the stylized venting on back. I would think removing the phone and deep clean/vacuum would work, but that’s for future me to worry about. Feel bad not paying full price, but take it where you can get it, right?

Nice to have the vented back. But the case needs a little more protection for the screen (the side of the case does not come up high enough). Also very slick, needs more of a grip to the side to hold onto. Other then that it vents the back to keep it cool like it’s meant to.

I was shocked to find that this really makes my phone run cooler when gaming. I am addicted to Lyn and Overhit, so I leave my phone running those games for hours, and it genuinely keeps my phone cooler than the silicon case I had on before. If you are like me and cant stop playing these dumb gatcha games... this is a great case to have.

While using this case, my phone fell about 2 inches to the ground, and not one mark.
