Awesome. To me, worth every penny. Especially with the ambient option. So I can hear my games and hear my children when they are assaulting each other.

The box these came in was very well put together presentation wise, opening it up really drew your attention to the quality of the materials used. The case for these is top notch, a spot for everything and a small spot for the usb-c dongle, so you don't lose it! It is a large zip case, but it protects the headphones very well. The fit on these is pretty good on my just a bit larger than average sized head. I didn't have to extend them very much from the closed position. The ear cups are fairly large. Even fairly large ears will still be inside the cups comfortably. They are pretty comfortable and not too tight. since they don't press on the ears hardly at all, I can wear them quite a long time. The battery lasts a good long while and will give you several long gaming sessions or many hours of music listening before needing recharging. The Active Noise Canceling is pretty good on this headset. You can adjust the level if you use the app available on your smartphone, but I always keep it at the highest level. The listen through mode lets you hear outside noise amplified when walking out and about and it does a decent job, with some hiss added as you would expect if you had a headset with that feature before. My favorite thing about this headset is the two ways to use it wirelessy. The dongle allows you to use it on Playstation 5, Smartphones, and computers. I like the sound through these slightly better using the dongle versus using Bluetooth. The dongle fits great on my Surface Pro X, and can orient so as not to block the other USB-C port. The dongle is USB-C, but comes with an adapter so you can use the dongle with standard USB-A port, i.e. the full size connector. I used the dongle on desktop computer, Samsung Galaxy S22, the aforementioned Surface Pro X, and it worked great. It blinks green when it is using the dongle connection and blue of course for bluetooth. The sound on these is pretty good in midrange. The bass is not that deep, but pretty effective. There are modes to select via the app to get small equalizer type differences. These worked very well for computer gaming, the mic picked up my voice just fine. Also liked them for listening to shows, sports, movies on computer or Android. These are my new favorite do anything headset, just wish the dongle worked on Xbox Series X, but it only works on the Playstation 5.

These headphones are awesome! The sound quality is top notch. The bass response sounds great and didn't distort. The included blue tooth dongle paired with my PC with no issues, and the headphones paired with my phone nice and simple with no drama. I love the volume control dial, it's simple and works great. I also love that there are seperate buttons for power, pairing, and changing noise canceling settings, much nicer and easier to use than other brands that try and use 1 or 2 buttons for everything. The build quality is great, they feel nice and solid, the ear cups are tilted at just the right angle from the headband, they pivot and twist to conform to my head perfectly. They are comfortable to wear with a nice snug fit, but never pinched my ears, and I can wear them for hours without feeling any discomfort. The noise canceling works really well, as does the pass through setting for letting you hear what's going on without having to remove the headphones. The only issue I experienced was the app didn't want to connect to these for some reason. They connected just fine to my Note 10+ but the app couldn't detect them. I unpaired them, powered them on and off several times, powered the phone on and off and turned the bluetooth on and off but the app just wouldn't work for me. They work just fine connected through my phone itself without using the app though.

I got this headset because it's bluetooth wireless, unlike my other wireless Razer that needs a dongle, so I thought it would be more versatile. Versatile is a great word for it. It has features that make it a really good all-around headset. It does have a dongle for a non-bluetooth wireless connection, and that comes in handy so I can use it with my laptop and my phone at the same time. The dongle is USB-C so that's pretty handy if you have spare USB-C ports. The mic sound quality is okay, and the noise reduction is phenomenal. I can enjoy a game or listen to music while the TV is blasting anime in the same room. I'm pretty spoiled by high-end headsets, so the sound is not impressive, but it is very good. It doesn't knock me off my chair with thunderous bass, but the sound is crisp and clean. There's no flashy RGB lighting. The ear cups are a generous size and very comfortable even after a couple of hours of play. It comes with a very nice carry case but I think it is just too bulky to be very mobile. Battery life is awesome . I haven't run out of power yet. So it's a good balance of gaming features and general communication and audio features.

    Great for PS5!

Bought this direct from the Razer Store in Austin back in early June 2022 and have used these headphones regularly with various connections. PC Gaming: solid with the USB-C Connection. Apple iMac (Retina 5K 27" 2017, MacOS 12.4): Bluetooth connection is excellent with no audio lag. PS5: Using the included USB-C connector - Impressive bass, amazing 3D Audio when using the PS5 turned on. This is what I mainly bought it for and it hasn't disappointed me. You are definitely immersed with the sounds when playing games. Battery Life: Amazing, it lasts longer than my AirPods Max. Comfort: It feels great after long usuage when working at my desk all day. No fatigue and it doesn't clamp on my head or ears like the AirPods Max does. Noise Cancellation: Not bad, not as great as Sony XM line or the AirPods Max but it does a decent job of blocking out office noise and people talking. Haven't used it on an airplane yet so can't comment on cabin noise. Summary: it does a very good job of connecting to various sources and it's got a good amount of bass, NC and comfort. It comes with a very good case and cables and the USB-C connector is handy. The build quality is plastic but it's doesn't feel cheap. I wanted a gaming headset that will play well with PS5 but with the comfort of Bose or Sony and this Razer Barracuda Pro fits the bill for my use.

I really like these headphones. Good packaging, inside you'll find a nice protective case that holds all the stuff. Nice looking headphones that seem well made. I must admit they are my first upper tier set, my others were kind of cheapos compared to these. They were ok but these are a lot better. They are bigger but in a good way as it makes them more comfortable and sound better. For music on my old ones I always wished they were a bit louder but these are plenty loud. The larger earcups surround my ears without touching them so no pressure on them which is nice for those long sessions. Nice thick cushioning around the ears and headband too. Razer sells replacement ear cushions in case you wear them out.I don't think they are real leather but they are leather like. They seem to be made to handle big heads as my big head only requires me to pull each side out one notch to fit. I am wearing my hair short right now in this hot summer. When it cools off I will likely let it grow out some so I may need another notch (if it ever cools off). These are great for gaming and music especially after a little tweaking in the apps making them my go to headphones for either. I like the looks and the built in mikes as boom microphones seem annoying to me. The built in ones work well enough and makes them better looking and less bulky than a boom microphone. Controls are well laid out and you'll quickly get used to them. When I first tried them out I was using bluetooth and the windows app didn't find them. They worked but not in the app. So I switched to the dongle and they prompted me to update them. Apparently the dongle is needed for updates. After updating the app quickly found them and I was able to access the full tweaks and features. The dongle also seems to provide better sound and certainly much better range for the connection. On bluetooth all my headphones start to break up as soon as I leave the room but with the dongle they were crystal clear all throughout my house (it's about 1500 sq ft). Bluetooth is still good and if you're using them with your phone you can take it with you but for pc use the dongle seems better. If you already have a premium headset that you like you may not appreciate these as much but if you aren't really satisfied with the ones you have or just want to try something better these are a good choice and not overpriced at all in my opinion. Just give the updates and apps a chance before you decide.

This is my first wireless gaming headset without a boom mic. My first thought will people be able to hear me? LOL. When you have been using headsets with a boom mic for so long and not to have it there, it's a bit of an adjustment. In the beginning, I found myself speaking louder, LOL. Funny how I wear earbuds every day at the gym but don't do this. haha. Anyways, this headset is a winner, period. The case it came in was premium. The added cords are braided, love that. Don't understand why more electronic devices comes with braided cables. Also comes with a usb-c wireless dongle which is great to use the headphones with your phone. I really love the feel of this headset. It was very comfortable for me using it for long duration. I think that the faux (?) cushion cups was soft, softer than my other headset and I liked that. My kids, on the other hand told me it felt too soft. So, I guess that is subjective. The headset is made of plastic and was very flexible. I did not feel in any way that it was cheap plastic and will break. As for the functionality, you have a mute button, a rocker volume, power and usb-c charging on the right side of the cups. On the left side is a multi-function button. Like with most headset, it took some time getting use to where all the buttons are on my headset. I will tell you that I appreciated that the volume rocker had a little tactile feel when used as oppose to just a straight roll. The sound on these headset was great imo. The noise canceling and ambient noise function works flawlessly. Had no complaints from others when I was speaking on the mic. Obviously not as good as a dedicated mic with mixer, but great for conversations and gaming. The app also gives you many controls over headset and you can adjust the eq in the app. I love that with these particular headset, I can use it on the pc and then take it on the go. Highly recommend the Razr Barracuda Pro

These headphones are very high quality, and the case they come with for storage was just a little extra that I wasn't expecting. Upon opening the box to find them in the case was quite a surprise. There's a little pocket in there to hold any needed cables. I was able to open them up and start using them within minutes. There's an app for fine-tuning the equalization, and it was very easy to use to accommodate my preferences. The sound quality is on par with the best I've used. I had no issues with other people being able to hear me while playing games or in meetings on my laptop. The button controls are very easy to get comfortable with and use. I love the fact that there's a volume control on them that even connects to MS Windows controls, so when you use it, you can see the volume bar open up on-screen, if your version supports that. The battery life on them seems to be very good, as I've used them for approximately 20 hours without having to charge them. I would highly recommend these to anyone who uses headphones for hours and has the same feeling as I do about being tethered to a laptop/console.

What more needs to be said. The sound Quality puts Boise Quite 45 and Boise 700 to shame, but many Headphones do these days. The 360 directional sound quality for blind playing and Spectial audio set ups is on point. They are made by gamers for gamers. They work fantasticly with mobile (andriod), my friend said they dont work with Apple/Mac, but thats a lightnight Cable issue and Owell, no skin off my back. I would give then an extra 3* just for the fact they dont pair with Xbox, but are a Gaming headphone. They are harder plastic frame's than my SonyMX4, and fit a little tighter, but my 2 year old loves them and hasnt broken them yet (9 months old of abuse and still in OnePiece) They work fantasicly for Airplane Flights, the Noise Cancling is onpar with Beats Wireless Solo3 and Plantronics, better than Boise and comparable to Sony and Sennhoisin 650.
