Audio was not good. You have to register to activate the 7.1 surround sound. I activated it and still did not like the sound. Wireless was really quiet using the provided adapter and Bluetooth was horrible. Wired was much better but the audio was just not the same. Music sound off, gaming sounds were wat different and I couldn't hear footsteps that I could with my old headset

Thw build quality on the headset is decent but the fact that the thx feature is paywalled is ridiculous. Razer synapse also does not work in terms of the EQ, uninstalled, going back to corsair.

Been at it for hours doesn’t connect to playstation 5

They arent very good. The THX sounds like crap just like the headphones. I cant hear footsteps when i play games at all they are completely drowned out by other sounds. The Sennheiser momentum 4s are better.

The product was damaged and not working out of the box. I bought it new.

The headset always disconnects and never stays on the 2.4 settings. It also sounds terrible in the other connection settings. When I try to watch YouTube when they do work, it causes YouTube or any other video to automatically pause so I can’t even watching videos. Probably the absolute worst headset yet. My wife and I have been using razed for a decade so I’m very disappointed in this product.

Mic is not good, distorted when you plug it in. Not good unless it’s hardwired and even then , it’s not clear. Microphone is terrible

This I ended up returning. It would not connect to my ps5 at all. It was too complicated for setup.

Can barely hear everything is low and i can't hear like i would love too

These are the worse headphones I have ever owned. I purchased these back in February of 2024. I have experienced bluetooth connection issues, audio issues, sound issues, and mic issues. I am so disappointed with my experience and do NOT recommend these at all.

The 2022 verizon of this headset is great on all devices, Ps4/5, xbox, pc, and phones. Greatest improvement from razer is usb-c and its sound.

On off button quit working(gets stuck )and I’ve only had the headphones less than a month.

I bought these headphones because the first pair I bought failed and the warranty process with Razer is a nightmare and takes WAY too long. Best Buy wouldn’t simply replace the broken ones even though they were only a week past the 30 day replacement period. Build quality isn’t the best and I’d have to say I’m much happier with the Corsair set I have for my PC. The foam cushion on the headband breaks down too easily also.

Bad microphone, cheap material, wireless connectivity is also on tbe very low quality spectrum.

Great sound quality, battery life, and feel. Only thing that makes this a 4 star and not 5 is that when I walk about 10 feet from my pc I will still hear audio but my microphone wont work at all.

Sound quality is mid at best. Very snug fit...avoid if you have a melon on your shoulders.

Headset has poor design. Broke within two weeks and sound quality wasn’t really any good.

As for compatibility when using the mic (think fortnite)These say nintendo Switch right on the box next to Xbox PC and Playstation... these only work for everything but Nintendo switches. The dongle and mic included did not work the headphones look great and they charge as supposed to
