Great wireless headphones for every console that you might play..

Good headset if you don't care about low bass .....

I recently purchased the Razer Barracuda X 2022 Edition Wireless Gaming Headset from Best Buy, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Here are a few key issues I encountered: 1. Audio Quality: The sound quality is subpar for a headset at this price point. The bass is almost nonexistent, and the overall audio lacks clarity. Even when using the headset on different platforms (PC, PS5, and Switch), the performance did not improve. 2. Comfort: While the headset looks comfortable, wearing it for extended periods is quite uncomfortable. The ear cups are not well-padded, and the headset feels too tight, causing discomfort after just an hour of use. 3. Connectivity Issues: Despite being a wireless headset, the connectivity is unreliable. The headset frequently disconnects from the devices, which is frustrating, especially during gaming sessions. 4. Microphone Quality: The detachable microphone is a nice idea, but the execution is poor. The mic picks up a lot of background noise and often sounds muffled. Communication with teammates during online games became a challenge. 5. Build Quality: The overall build feels flimsy. The plastic used seems cheap, and I worry about the long-term durability of the headset. Best Buy’s Return Policy Adding to my frustration with the headset itself is Best Buy’s restrictive return policy. They only offer a 15-day return window, which is quite limiting. In my case, by the time I realized the various issues with the headset, the return window had already passed. This policy does not give customers enough time to thoroughly test and evaluate the product, especially for something as crucial as gaming peripherals that may reveal issues only after extended use. Overall, I would not recommend the Razer Barracuda X 2022 Edition Wireless Gaming Headset. Combined with Best Buy’s unaccommodating return policy, my purchasing experience has been far from satisfactory. If you are considering buying this headset, I would suggest looking for alternatives with better reviews and a more flexible return policy.

Its pretty comfortable and has great user options but has connection and aduio problems. Some time the audio will boost and make a piercing loud sound, also if you have the volume raised to high you will here a constant buzzing sound even if you hame audio is at a low volume.
