Not that great but they work for what it is for the price that is cost

If you read the instructions there really easy to install, but for video games like Call of Duty you have to play with the settings and but it still doesn't sound right when used in surround sound mode.

These are great headphones for gaming and vlogging

Got these headphones for my son. They work great. He says these are better than any other headset he has had. Lasted longer than any of the other headphones we have bought for him.

Really liked these, the sound was great and they look great too. They kept interfering with my ps5 controllers and disconnecting them to the point where my games were unplayable

2.4 doesn’t seem to be supported by Skype. Audio is occasionally pretty quiet on max depending platform/app. Overall solid, no issues around battery and easy to set up

I've spent quite a few hours using this headset and can confirm that while the sound quality is quite good, the microphone performance is disappointing. Additionally, the lack of software drivers for Windows 11 Pro means that the headset can only connect via Bluetooth. It also doesn't appear in the Razer application, preventing any adjustments to the sound settings.

Excellent quality, I am very pleased and use it frequently.

Haven’t even had for a full month and the microphone is completely unresponsive. At first the headphones were great and the mic was awesome which was surprising considering soooo many headphone reviews (for all, not just this one) all complain about mic quality. So for mine to completely go out in 2.5 weeks and already be out of the return period has made this purchase incredibly disappointing. 2 stars for audio quality.

Great headset. Works well with my switch i can use it wireless. It comes with a plug to put into the dock allowing to use it wirelessly! Definitely recommend!

Great gamer headset, my nephew is supper happy for his Santa Claus present.

These are good for the price but i dont know if my head is unusually large but they can be uncomfortable after a while. They also bother my ears a bit.

I've only had this headset for one year and can honestly say I have never been so disappointed in a headset before. I had Krakens before these and they were great these just do not compete in any way. I wish the problems had just started but these have had issues since I bought them. theres constant connectivity issues they will drop connection midgame and have to be turned off and back on. if you move the volume dial at all sound will cut to one ear and you have to find that sweet spot to get sound out of both ears. At least they dont hurt your head after wearing them for an extended amount of time. I thought it was minor and I could deal with it but they somehow manage to get worse as time goes on.

Headphones are great. I purchase them for Xmas for my daughter. She uses them with a computer, iPad, and Nintendo switch. My only complaint is the white on the headphone. It is actually more gray but the gray gets dirty

Simple headset with average sound quality. Nothing special. The software that goes with it is not intuitive. Hurts to wear glasses with it. Sound quality is much better with the wireless receiver, but I was unable to use anytime it was plugged in after 5 minutes and only had access to Bluetooth pairing. I ended up returning this product since it was not worth close to what I paid for it given the faulty receiver.
