It’s not bad when you first get it. I’ve had this for about a year now and the wear and tear is obvious. The paint is starting to come off, the Bluetooth acts up and the sound constantly goes in and out, the chord to plug in the headset instead of using Bluetooth stopped working too. I’m honestly frustrated with this headset now. The sound quality has gone down and the cushions aren’t super comfy either and are annoying to put back on if you want to clean them. This was my first headset for pc gaming and I’d say it was a good first one but definitely not a long term headset. If you don’t have a ton of money to spend this can be a good option but if you’re willing to spend a bit more I’d say there’s so many better options out there.

Worst headset i've ever purchased would never buy this. If you don't have the headset fully charged or its dead and your charge it for 10+ minutes and try to turn on it just turns on for 1 second and turns off worst headset ever created. I should burn this headset

Don’t buy this until they fix the poor mic. Headset is good but not the mic!! It’s so annoying

This headset worked fine for a month, then one day the dongle stopped working. Razer customer support is no help, just endless questions and no working solutions. Spend your money on a different headset.

Microphone stopped working after a couple of months of use. It's a known problem amongst users of this headset

Can’t walk less than 5 ft from my kitchen without my headset disconnecting. I’m sure a headset from Five Below will do better
