Haven’t even had for a full month and the microphone is completely unresponsive. At first the headphones were great and the mic was awesome which was surprising considering soooo many headphone reviews (for all, not just this one) all complain about mic quality. So for mine to completely go out in 2.5 weeks and already be out of the return period has made this purchase incredibly disappointing. 2 stars for audio quality.

Great headset. Works well with my switch i can use it wireless. It comes with a plug to put into the dock allowing to use it wirelessly! Definitely recommend!

I've only had this headset for one year and can honestly say I have never been so disappointed in a headset before. I had Krakens before these and they were great these just do not compete in any way. I wish the problems had just started but these have had issues since I bought them. theres constant connectivity issues they will drop connection midgame and have to be turned off and back on. if you move the volume dial at all sound will cut to one ear and you have to find that sweet spot to get sound out of both ears. At least they dont hurt your head after wearing them for an extended amount of time. I thought it was minor and I could deal with it but they somehow manage to get worse as time goes on.

These are good for the price but i dont know if my head is unusually large but they can be uncomfortable after a while. They also bother my ears a bit.

I use this headset for my switch and got it for a great price

Headphones are great. I purchase them for Xmas for my daughter. She uses them with a computer, iPad, and Nintendo switch. My only complaint is the white on the headphone. It is actually more gray but the gray gets dirty

Simple headset with average sound quality. Nothing special. The software that goes with it is not intuitive. Hurts to wear glasses with it. Sound quality is much better with the wireless receiver, but I was unable to use anytime it was plugged in after 5 minutes and only had access to Bluetooth pairing. I ended up returning this product since it was not worth close to what I paid for it given the faulty receiver.

Takes a while to get connected and then had weird audio sometimes. Not great imo.

The were good but did not last one year before falling apart. My son is rough on equipment but I don't believe they are as good of quality as his present headsets.

This is a headset that's worth it's value. With the same flaws as it's flaws. Meaning, I've had to replace this headset 3 times in 2 years due to a burnt out Bluetooth dongle. That I tried using across 2 different machines, 3 different USB-C ports, and multiple Type A USB2 and 3 ports. To which after around the 8-10 month mark would suddenly only work in Bluetooth mode and would be abysmal audio quality on any PC I tried. When the headset works, it works phenemonially. But the lifespan shouldn't be less than a year. Razer, fix this. Please.
