Love the headset overall. The only problem I am having is everytime I turn it on I have to reconnect the bluetooth reciever

Love these headphones and find it really cute that all the accessories are pink as well. Hopefully in the future they will make a purple pair!

I use this exclusively for Teams calls for work. I had issues connecting via Bluetooth and also getting the mic to work to my PC. I now use the other wireless option, which has been dependable.

Works amazing, couldnt have asked for bettter. When connecting to computer via usb is a little iffy, but other than that exactly as entailed

Not bad but slides off my head pretty easily even when adjusted. Lol i guess its just my hair. Other than that great.

So, I purchased a headset and a gaming mouse pad back in July 2025 and about a week ago the right side stopped having any sound. it is the side that has all the ports and tactile buttons and so not sure if the wiring in there got lose over the 3 months using it? I am really gentle with my electronics and especially the headsets and such. I tried all remedies to no avail. Interestingly enough the tactile power button for blue tooth and hyper speed wireless settings is still working fine. I am confused if the right side cannot get signal for sound how is it able to communicate with my devices to torn on and off and change settings? When I called the BestBuy, they said it did not show the BestBuy (warranty) I had paid for, so the device is now just an expensive paper weight, I guess.

Bought this for my grandson he said they are great. They really keep him from hearing any outside noise he does not even know when I enter his room.

My teenage grandson asked for this for Christmas and has not stopped using it since he received it. He is really enjoying it an awesome purchase.

This headset was easy to setup and has an option to use them on any device. Got 3 of these and they are being used on a Switch, Laptop and phones.

Purchased this headset for our oldest Grandson as he requested. He loves it, easy to use and works perfectly.

Really Easy to set up and use on my ps5 for gaming and also on my ipad for Gaming as well .would definitely recommend

Just love these earphones. Working from home and these cancel out background noise and also are very comfortable to wear.

So far, so good. I’ve not used them but I purchased fir my son. I think they pretty great on paper and both times I’ve asked him if he likes, I get a “oh yea” lol

Pretty solid really can’t complain for the price. Easy to set up and volume is a little low but clear.
