Haven’t even had for a full month and the microphone is completely unresponsive. At first the headphones were great and the mic was awesome which was surprising considering soooo many headphone reviews (for all, not just this one) all complain about mic quality. So for mine to completely go out in 2.5 weeks and already be out of the return period has made this purchase incredibly disappointing. 2 stars for audio quality.

Fits tight. Good for kids, sounds great has Bluetooth so can connect to phone, some pc’s and PlayStation. Need to use 3.5 Jack to controller for all Xbox’s.

I would give less but 1 is the lowest I can go. The Bluetooth in the headphones kept deconnecting which is apparently a well known thing about this item which I wish I knew before I bought it. Honestly best buy should ship them back to razer to save them from mad customers. Thankfully I was within the return policy date.

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for in a headset!

I've spent quite a few hours using this headset and can confirm that while the sound quality is quite good, the microphone performance is disappointing. Additionally, the lack of software drivers for Windows 11 Pro means that the headset can only connect via Bluetooth. It also doesn't appear in the Razer application, preventing any adjustments to the sound settings.

Great headset. Works well with my switch i can use it wireless. It comes with a plug to put into the dock allowing to use it wirelessly! Definitely recommend!

Headphones are great. I purchase them for Xmas for my daughter. She uses them with a computer, iPad, and Nintendo switch. My only complaint is the white on the headphone. It is actually more gray but the gray gets dirty

These are good for the price but i dont know if my head is unusually large but they can be uncomfortable after a while. They also bother my ears a bit.

Best set of wireless gaming headphones I ever had.

Simple headset with average sound quality. Nothing special. The software that goes with it is not intuitive. Hurts to wear glasses with it. Sound quality is much better with the wireless receiver, but I was unable to use anytime it was plugged in after 5 minutes and only had access to Bluetooth pairing. I ended up returning this product since it was not worth close to what I paid for it given the faulty receiver.

Great gamer headset, my nephew is supper happy for his Santa Claus present.

The were good but did not last one year before falling apart. My son is rough on equipment but I don't believe they are as good of quality as his present headsets.

Great quality gaming headset , would recommend buying

This is a headset that's worth it's value. With the same flaws as it's flaws. Meaning, I've had to replace this headset 3 times in 2 years due to a burnt out Bluetooth dongle. That I tried using across 2 different machines, 3 different USB-C ports, and multiple Type A USB2 and 3 ports. To which after around the 8-10 month mark would suddenly only work in Bluetooth mode and would be abysmal audio quality on any PC I tried. When the headset works, it works phenemonially. But the lifespan shouldn't be less than a year. Razer, fix this. Please.

Takes a while to get connected and then had weird audio sometimes. Not great imo.

Love this headset. It really was a game changer for me and I love the qualities it comes with. Makes it easy to change music while playing
