    The product is very good, but is has its own flaws. Mainly how sometimes it just decides to switch in to bluetooth mode for literally no reason what so ever. Another thing that i feel is interesting to mentuon would be how sensitive the mic is. Mainly because the distance has to ve set the right amount for it to accurately pick up anythinf that would happen to be said anyway

    Maybe because its one of their lower end headsets but after a month of using it the volume dial started having issues to where it stopped working in general overall and the cuchion for the headband started to peel off after a week . My assumption is because its been on sgelf for so long that the glue or whatever they use for it started to get weak.
