Audio isn’t great on either the headphones or the mic. The charging can also be very finicky and I have to do a factory reset every time so it recognizes that it’s actually charged. I gave up and bought some hard lined headphones.

Don't buy these model, I already replaced them twice because of issues with connection and battery, and 6 months later I'm having a different issue again, I think this model is defective, also Razer warranty support is good but slow and you have to provide them several details

Purchased this the other day for gaming on my PC and the BT was just awful. Wired - the headset worked and sounded great! So I figured maybe it was just a defect or something weird with the headset, so I exchanged it for the same thing. The issue still occurs! Having the headset connected over BT, it sounds like it speaker was damaged from water or something - I don't know. But I do know I'll be returning this headset, too.

This I ended up returning. It would not connect to my ps5 at all. It was too complicated for setup.

The sounds quality is decent, not too bad for the price but the frame of the headset broke with in 2 months of owning it. Would not recommend, seems cheaply made.

While these headphones looked nice, they did feel quite cheap for the price. Unfortunately for me mine arrived damaged new out of the box the headphones wouldn't charge

Was excited since I needed a new headset, however for whatever reason the headset (with & without the wire connected) interferes with my controller. It makes my ps5 controller have some sort of delay/input lag which I noticed right away (its worse when its connected via bluetooth). Its really frustrating because it affects my aim on cod and makes my aim assist buggy/tweak… i was better off re-buying my old headset (diff company), which i had no issues with.

Headset works but 2 weeks after I bought the headset, the wireless dongle burnt itself out and Razer is such a hassle when it comes to refunding/returning. If you want a pink headset I'd advise you buy the cat ears one which the ears are detachable and it's a much better headset.
