Worst headset I've ever bought
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had these for only a few hours and I can confidently say that they are the worst headphones I've ever had. For $80 I expected at least okay sound quality, but these are trash. The audio is muffled, it doesn't connect when you want it to, the app has barely any customization options, and you can't connect it to Razer Synapse either. I played for a few hours and I couldn't get my game sound to stop being so muffled. It sounds like you're hearing the sound from an intercom PA system. I will be returning these for sure.

Good at first….
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s not bad when you first get it. I’ve had this for about a year now and the wear and tear is obvious. The paint is starting to come off, the Bluetooth acts up and the sound constantly goes in and out, the chord to plug in the headset instead of using Bluetooth stopped working too. I’m honestly frustrated with this headset now. The sound quality has gone down and the cushions aren’t super comfy either and are annoying to put back on if you want to clean them. This was my first headset for pc gaming and I’d say it was a good first one but definitely not a long term headset. If you don’t have a ton of money to spend this can be a good option but if you’re willing to spend a bit more I’d say there’s so many better options out there.

Worst Headset Ever

If you don't have the headset fully charged or its dead and your charge it for 10+ minutes and try to turn on it just turns on for 1 second and turns off worst headset ever created. I should burn this headset

Dongle broke after a month, no remedy from Razer
