    Great audio but the microphone could be better for Bluetooth, it is better if you were wired in but the whole point of me buying this was to not have wires and having good quality microphone and audio

    I struggle with the star rating. When it is connected it works really well. No complaints. However; my problem is that it does not automatically connect to my son’s switch. The dongle that connects to the device needs to be unplugged initially every time.
