I use this headset for my switch and got it for a great price

This is a headset that's worth it's value. With the same flaws as it's flaws. Meaning, I've had to replace this headset 3 times in 2 years due to a burnt out Bluetooth dongle. That I tried using across 2 different machines, 3 different USB-C ports, and multiple Type A USB2 and 3 ports. To which after around the 8-10 month mark would suddenly only work in Bluetooth mode and would be abysmal audio quality on any PC I tried. When the headset works, it works phenemonially. But the lifespan shouldn't be less than a year. Razer, fix this. Please.

I use this exclusively for Teams calls for work. I had issues connecting via Bluetooth and also getting the mic to work to my PC. I now use the other wireless option, which has been dependable.

Love these headphones and find it really cute that all the accessories are pink as well. Hopefully in the future they will make a purple pair!

Works amazing, couldnt have asked for bettter. When connecting to computer via usb is a little iffy, but other than that exactly as entailed

Worst headphones I have ever owned. I've gotten these to connect maybe 3 times in 6 years and each time it takes over an hour. The firmware doesn't update on the dongle, the bluetooth connection utility doesn't work, it sounds like crap, it's uncomfortable, and the wired connection does nothing. I will never, EVER, buy a Razer product again, nor will I ever listen to one of your Geeksquad 'people' ever again.

Works better than turtle beach. They connect and everything is good.

Not bad but slides off my head pretty easily even when adjusted. Lol i guess its just my hair. Other than that great.

Bought this for my grandson he said they are great. They really keep him from hearing any outside noise he does not even know when I enter his room.

This headset was easy to setup and has an option to use them on any device. Got 3 of these and they are being used on a Switch, Laptop and phones.

Just love these earphones. Working from home and these cancel out background noise and also are very comfortable to wear.
