honestly good price for what u get, could have a better mic buts less than 100

Quality of product feels alright but the value is phenomenal especially if you get it when its on discount

So, I purchased a headset and a gaming mouse pad back in July 2025 and about a week ago the right side stopped having any sound. it is the side that has all the ports and tactile buttons and so not sure if the wiring in there got lose over the 3 months using it? I am really gentle with my electronics and especially the headsets and such. I tried all remedies to no avail. Interestingly enough the tactile power button for blue tooth and hyper speed wireless settings is still working fine. I am confused if the right side cannot get signal for sound how is it able to communicate with my devices to torn on and off and change settings? When I called the BestBuy, they said it did not show the BestBuy (warranty) I had paid for, so the device is now just an expensive paper weight, I guess.

The headphones only work well on the pc if you try to get it for a console wouldn’t recommend it.

The headset will get the job done, however, if you play first-person shooters spend the extra and get the big brother. If you are a casual gamer looking for a budget headset for non-competitive gaming this won't break the bank. Sound quality is the best but I've heard worse

Bought these as a gift for my son and he uses them almost every day.

Do not buy this headset. It has serious connectivity problems, sometimes it's fine, other times it wants to connect to bluetooth in a way that literally causes it to randomly shut off and you lose any range of walking away from your PC. I can even turn my head the wrong way and it gets all wonky! When it's not acting up it's a fine headset, if it doesn't connect via bluetooth (tho sometimes there's issues still thru normal connection). I wish I would have went and checked reviews and known problems online before I purchased these. I HIGHLY recommend taking a pass on these.
