Complete junk, Razer does not stand behind their warranty. Made with very cheap plastic that breaks just by putting on your head. Continuously loosed connection and you have to reboot your computer to reconnect.

Great sound! Crisp mic! Amazing quality for any audio dependent games! I’ve bought a few as gifts for friends! All of them agree!!

Could not get the microphone to work after following several suggestions online and from Razer. Tried on two other PCs with the same result. Headset audio synched up fine. Wouldn't recommend because it screwed up my audio drivers. Had to reboot and reset to factory defaults. Using MSI computer with Win 10

Great sound when it works but is incompatible with my PC somehow

Used it for about 45 days on my pc and the usb-c connecter just stopped working, didn’t show up in sound control panel or hidden devices. Headphone sound quality was actually pretty good, but the actual headphone quality is just cheap plastic. There’s better headphones out there for the same price as these.

When trying to use this through steam, I could either hear game sound or steam chat, not both. Changed so many settings trying to fix it before my computer crashed to a blue recovery screen. Once I unplugged the 2.4ghz dongle (which shouldn't have been necessary to begin with) my computer booted without a problem. My brother was able to find a forum where deep within a thread, this was a common complaint. Three of us were googling for nearly an hour trying to trouble shoot this, and he was lucky enough to find it in some obscure post. Would not recommend at all, ever. In fact, avoiding all Razer products from here on out.

The mic wouldn't stay in unless we forced it in. The tolerances were way too tight.

Wifi connectivity on consoles (which it was purchased for) impossible

The headphone sounds nice and it work greatly. Little hard setting it up but once set up its pretty good

They only lasted a year and the mic stopped working. They still work to listen but not to talk.

Doesn't work on all PCs. Hard to figure out how to connect.

Headphones work great except for when they randomly turn themselves off. Thinking of trading them in for something that works all the time.

Tried for the first time on ps5, husband said it sounded staticky so I’m not sure.

Decent headset. Mic doesn't work with switch without being plugged into the base unit of the switch.

Power button got stuck after few months can’t get unstuck

Bought it brand new from Best Buy. Got home and let it charge fully and when I connected it to my computer it wouldn’t stay connected and I couldn’t hear anything out of it

We had to return the original to the manufacturer because it stopped holding a charge after 4 months. They sent a replacement, and a return shipping label, with a couple weeks to return the first set. The replacement, the mic volume would not go up past a barely audible level after a few days, so we have started another warranty claim. Also, with this unit and the original unit, cannot use wirelessly because the audio constantly cuts in and out. It does this les when wired, but much less so. We wish we could just get our money back and buy another model.
