    This is a nice headset but I’m disappointed that the wireless sound quality is so much weaker than wired. The wireless volume is so low that I no longer bother to use it wireless. And pairing was a chore nearly every time I connected. So I might as well have purchased a good wired set instead of this thing.

    Good considering the prices to quality. My main problem is razer makes it difficult to have any warranty assistance. Best buy has been amazing and trying to help. Would give this a 5/5 considering the price if it were not for the microphone and warranty assistance from razer.
