Within a month stopped working. Would not recommend.

Honestly not the best battery life and the sound isn’t the best. Good for a starter I guess

Product stopped working after two months. Better off getting a steelseries than this piece of garbage.

For some reason I get connection issues for both bluetooth and 2.4GHz.

the headset is very comfortable to wear, wraps well around your ears and head, sound quality is good in both low and very high volumes, microphone produces a decent and pleasent-to-listen-to capturing of your voice while filtering out background noise. Works really well on linux (PopOS 22.04) in both wired and wireless modes. I use exclusively on wired mode and found out it does not consume any battery this way

Great sound and versatile connection method. Worked right out of the box without installing any software. I had one issue where the dongle would not be recognized sometimes on Win10. I switched to a different USB port and it has worked flawlessly ever since.

Great headphones. Bought for my wife. She uses them everyday for gaming on PS5 and listening to music/podcasts on her phone. Bluetooth, dongle, and corded all works great. Microphone quality is great. Picks up background noise, but that can probably be adjusted with software.

I love this headset. It has the appeal and overall attractivness of the logitech aurora, but unlike the logitech one, it isnt going to break after 3 months of use. I LOVED the aurora, but it randomly stopped working one day and support didnt help me out at all. I got this to replace it after doing some research for quality headsets, and i love it! Sound quality is amazing and it cancels sound so well i cant hear myself talk unless i pull off one ear lol. Definitely the best white headset on market imo.

audio is really good nice deep bass but mic is decent it’s worse than the astro a10 mic according to all my friends but it’s not bad at all the only problem i have with this headset is everytime I power on my pc i have to disconnect and reconnect the dongle for the headset to pair to the computer overall though I think it’s pretty good and I really like the 7.1 surround sound on it

I got theses for my Boyfriend he’s a gamer and well he’s lovesssss themmm. I recommend them,razor is a good brand to get, I had no problem setting them up nor the quality it’s all perfect :)

Easy to use and super affordable! The product is nicely packaged and super durable. Audio quality is excellent especially when you are on PC and able to adjust the equalizer.

I got these headphones to use at work so I didn’t have to take my personal ones from home every day. On paper, it would work out really nicely because if I ever forgot the wireless connector one day, i could still use the Bluetooth and they wouldn’t be useless like my personal headphones. Unfortunately, every time I plug the connector in and use the 2.4gH wireless mode, there’s crackling with the audio every few seconds. The only way to resolve this (temporarily) is to unplug and replug the wireless connector. If you turn the headphones off and back on or leave and rejoin a meeting, the crackling comes back. Because I got fed up with this and realized it wasn’t a temporary issue after my return window with BB had passed, I had to go through Razer for them to honor the warranty and replace them. Sadly, after over a month of them giving me the runaround and rejecting every proof of purchase I gave them, after changing the email for my Razer account twice because their RMA links didn’t work, the replacement pair has the same exact issue. Do not buy these, because the 2.4gH will be unusable and there are better pure Bluetooth headsets out there. On a positive note, the battery life is fantastic, but that can’t salvage the faulty audio with the wireless mode.
