Headphones themselves are great - comfortable, good battery life, people say the mic sounds clear. Dropped 2 stars because the USB-C to A adapter and wireless dongle are trash. The dongle itself intermittently drops connection and causes intermittent boot issues on my machine. The adapter just plain doesn't work (seems to be an issue with USB 3.0 ports - Windows doesn't recognize the device when used via adapter). I'm not the only one to report this problem. Overall if you have an available USB-C port or plan to use Bluetooth, would recommend. Otherwise expect connectivity issues.

For the price of this unit the quality is as it should be. Comfortable and lightweight . Adjustable knob for volume and simple click mute!

these headsets work pretty good they are comfortable and the sound quality is better then i expected.

These headphones have great sound quality, decent bass, a nice soundscape with the razer 7.1 surround sound app with directional sound, and are comfortable to wear for longer gaming sessions. I have not used the microphone that plugs in to the headset, but the physical mute button is a nice touch, along with the ability to connect via 3.5 mm cable, bluetooth, or the included dongle, with the wireless options give a long connectivity range, allowing you to be across your house and still being able to talk with others.

I use this headset for gaming and watching movies without disturbing the people around me. The new version has better sound and the addition of Bluetooth was great. However, the dongle with the new model is less reliable than the 2021 version. Sometimes when I turn on my headphones, the new dongle doesn't wake up and reconnect to the headphones, and I have to unplug and plug the dongle back in. I'm glad it came with a USB extension cable, otherwise it would be a pain to reach behind my computer to unplug and plug it in every other time I use them. After almost two years, the volume control wheel is starting to fail in the same way that the wheel in my 2021 pair failed. It's starting to crackle when I change the volume and sometimes the right side gets quieter than the left.

Light and good sound. Got the item on sale(which was great.) Took it home and plugged it in, worked right away.

I've liked it pretty well so far! I love the fact that they can connect to Bluetooth and USB at the same time! Makes switching to videos easy when I'm playing game. I do wish they had better sound blocking. The people around me can hear my games if I have them up too high. But overall very nice. Still need to get the update via computer that is optional to see if it helps with the issue. Definitely high quality for a cheaper price if you're fine with the flaws

Considering you are getting Wireless, Wired, and Bluetooth all in one package is an outstanding value for <$100.00. I got these on sale for $69. You will have no problem hearing footsteps and directional control. The removable Mic on these is outstanding. Lightweight and pretty comfy as well.

This is the best quality pink headset I have been able to find! I had one issue with this product.. the dongle wire does not work when the USB wire is coiled up. I thought the dongle was broken, but was able to fix the issue once I fully opened the wire. The audio and mic quality are so much better when using the dongle compared to bluetooth, but I still appreciate that there is an option for bluetooth. The battery life is great and mic quality is one of the best I have heard in a headset microphone. Just remember if you are having problems connecting the dongle using the USB cable try to fully unravel the wire and then connect it again.

I got these for my 12 year old and they are perfect! He said they are very comfortable, the sound is excellent, and they hold a charge for a long time.

its light but feels well built, sounds great, mic quality is good, the USB wireless antenna is a small little nub which is nice for laptops since I've owned some devices that had one that stuck out about 3"

Really like these, they do a good job at drowning out background noise, and they’re very comfortable. I play games for at least 6+ hours a day and I never have to take them off because they are just that comfortable. I was able to go to outside in my backyard while on a discord call once without any disconnections. My friends say I sound very good and can always hear me just fine, I haven’t had any issues with them, and I bought them back in August 2023. You can even adjust stuff using Razor app on the pc! 5/5 stars they’re very great. Would recommend.

Does exactly what I want. Bluetooth and 2.4ghz switching. Sounds great and has a detachable boom mic. Razer really should've added a v2 or something to the name to show the 2022 version is different fib the 2021. Reasonable price too.

Amazing Quality! These are better than my old Razer gaming headsets and I love that you can use multiple ways to use them (Bluetooth or with wire)! Very comfortable and so worth it!

Super comfortable. I don't use the mic but the noise cancelling is fantastic and the ear muffs still breath really well. I have a large head and don't even max them out.

Bought 2 of these model for my gaming children who plays 5+ hrs and the worthed for the price+performance. Audio + Micophone quality for its price performed more than expected and comfortable for long gaming time. Definitely recommend this model for young gamers (future E-GAMERS) and the easy connection via Bluetooth (without Razer Software download & installation) will work regardless.

It was a gift for my wife and she's so happy with them! She told me the headset has really good quality, the music and games sound perfect and it's so comfortable! And the best thing is that is her favorite colors! it's just perfect

A good product. nice sound. Setup is a little bit involved. You'll need to take the serial number from the receipt to Razer's website and download a program to make the 7.1 surround work.
