    From the moment you open the box you know that this is a quality product, the packaging is superb. The headset comes with a detachable microphone which is nice if you are using it for a conference call and have a desktop microphone. The headphones are extremely comfortable to wear, and the sound quality is the best I have ever experienced. You can download 7.1 surround sound for free or pay a small fee to have THX Spatial Audio. With surround sound you can tell the direction of the action while gaming. The battery is changed via USB and provides 70 hours of use before needing to be recharged. The headphones connect using Bluetooth or Razer HyperSpeed Wireless. The Razer HyperSpeed Dongle is included. You get a six zone RGB ring around each earcup which is powered by Razer Chroma RGB. The Chroma software is downloadable from Razer and becomes part of the Razer Central application. The Croma lighting effects can be controlled using the software. The headphones have a nice black storage bag so you can keep everything together.

    Didn't like these all too much, while the headphones wireless capability are great, the sound is too washed out in these to justify the price, and after an hour of wearing them my ears started to hurt.

    All software up to date and no issues with my PC, audio cutting out/causing distortions. It seems to turn off and back on randomly. Googling shows this is a common issue with this headset and people don't get help on the Razer forums with it. Bought this in August 2025 and it's only January 2026 and it's pretty much useless.
