Great headset gets the job done also for a great price

Not the best sounding, not the most features, but this thing is dependable. Comes with a USB C dongle that connects it to just about anything you throw at it...I've used it on my Switch, Galaxy S21, and PC. No software required. Just works.

Very easy to use. My only 2 criticisms are that the signal goes in and out it the receiver end is on the right side of the headphones for some reason and the sound quality isn't amazing. For the price and being wireless it is a good buy.

We returned these because my said said they would not connect wirelessly. Otherwise, when he connected them via the cable, the sound was clear and they were comfortable.

My kids love these headphones! They are an easy plug and play option. We have an Xbox as well as a switch and the fact that he is able to use with either had made all of our lives so much better (and quieter). This is my review for now. If anything changes, I will comment.

Great headphones. Good range. My only issue is they turn themselves off after a period of "inactivity," I use these for work so that I can hear notifications whilst doing other things (and for zoom meetings etc.)

Sound was good but highs were not as pronounced as my hyper x cloud 2. Comfort wise I felt they were squeezing my head. My cloud 2 are way more comfy.

Cheap plastic cracked and broke with minimal use. Also, warranty customer service just uses a script and wont honor thier committments when they wrote to us that “they have us covered”

I was between this and the Corsair Void Pro as I had one previously. I went with this headset due to the multi device option. The adapter is easy and works well both on my phone and PC. My kids have tried it on the switch and it makes for a much quieter day

I would never buy another razor product which requires bluetooth. The dongle is a known issue and somehow they are always out of stock. The support from Razor has not been helpful. If you want to connect to multiple devices such as smartphone, desktop laptop etc, I'd stay clear of Razor. Stick with Logitec or another brand with better support

Loving this headset so far. Sound quality is great and my friends on Discord say I sound good as well. I like that the microphone is detachable, and that the receiver dongle is USB-C so I can use it with my phone and Nintendo Switch.

Good headset but have one persistent issue with occasional beeps and momentary cutouts to the sound. No idea why this is happening

I got these so that one kid could each have a headset. I was worried about getting a white headset, but it has held up pretty well so far. I really like how easily it is for the kids to swap from Switch to Xbox and back.
