The mic doesn’t work after 2 days of uses. Bad quality for price. The cheap ones have worked better and longer.

I had to return. The purpose of buying this item is to use for Nintendo switch but microphone is not working.

I had to take off one star because there is no indication any place that these are not detectable by Razer Synapse and "one" other thing. The sound quality is least as good as, if not better than the Barracuda Pro headset, and the mic. is far superior to the more expensive headset as well. The "one" other thing... The only way to make EQ adjustments on these is to purchase Razer's THX Spacial Audio app for $19.99 or $10.00 with the 50% off coupon on the bottom of the 7.1 Audio app that comes with this headset. Still, even with the extra cost for the software, these are better than the more expensive Pro model in my opinion.

The Razer - Barracuda X Wireless Stereo Gaming Headset is pretty good. To start, it's versatility is great. Being able to use it with all of my devices comes in handy. My only gripe is that there is no EQ or adjustments to be made to the sound profile. It is what it is. When playing games, it does a decent job with sounds, but the bass is lacking. When a grenade or gunshot goes off, you don't "feel" it like in some other headsets. The microphone is also sub par. It will do, but for phone calls it is unusable. They are very comfortable, and you can use them for hours without stress on your ears, or clamping force. All in all, they are a decent all around headset if you own multiple devices. But if you are looking for a larger sound presence, I would look else where.

I found these to be a good set for the price range. The positives are setup which was easy, they are comfortable even after a few hours on my head and the sound which was very good with no noticeable delay. The bad they are not Bluetooth, the size of the wireless dingle can be a problem potential blocking access to other ports and the mic sound got complaints of sounding flat. Overall they are ok and I would buy however for a few $ more there are better headsets on the market

The headphones overall are really great when it comes to tv but gaming wise like games like fortnite or warzone you cant really tell where footsteps are coming from the mic comes off easily and plugs in easily it goes pretty far ive went outside and took the trash out but they arent over the top headset so i didnt expect them to be that great but they are really good for gaming just mabey not like fortnite or warzone or some games where you need to hear footstepts they are really loud when your listening to music the bass is good too and people can hear you clearly battery wise the battery is really good i can play for hours on end and have time to watch a couple movies and tv shows and they havent failed me ive played longer than 15 hours plus and they didnt die or needed to be charged till mabey like 5 in the morning

From the unboxing one can realize the quality of this product, in the box comes the cables and adapters necessary to be able to get the most out of these Razer Barracuda X headphones. I have mostly used these headphones on PC and I can say that it has been a pleasant experience since comfort is one of the main characteristics in addition to the sound quality that is quite acceptable, it lacks a bit of bass but in general, when playing or use headphones for music, it seems to me that the performance is fair, means that for the price you pay you can have headphones to be able to play on various platforms, wired and wireless connection, a discreet design but at the same time elegant, of course with materials that are not so exclusive or of prime quality but I must say that they look very good and one of the things that definitely makes me recommend them is the comfort as I mentioned before since if one plans to play it is known that several hours are normally invested and play comfortably is essential, at least in my experience. Unfortunately they are not compatible with iOS, but from there on out I feel that they are actually a good alternative for the price, great performance in addition to having the option to use them on the cell phone, console or PC, if you are looking for some gaming headphones that in addition to being used to play can help you in your day to day, this is a very good alternative, I can definitely recommend them.

So I plug this into my daughter's switch, she loves it plug it into my son's Xbox One he loves it, plug it into my PlayStation 4 I love it and even took it to work because I take phone calls all day extremely amazing. So if you happen to have these four scenarios and like a nice all-in-one solution of sound this is the product for you.

great head phones sound is good and they are well construc

Headset is very comfy and is one of the few headsets that do not cause me to have ear pain. Sound is also good. Honestly, I would rate it perfect if Razer's customer service was not absolutely atrocious. For $50, this is an insane value. Had to return mine after 9 months because the mic stopped working. Razer will make you jump through 100 hoops before allowing a return. I spent 2 days of arguing with them over the phone, exchanged probably 20 emails, talked to 5 different reps... all to exchange a headset that went on sale for half price. Still waiting on a replacement.

Super comfortable! Great sound. Wireless setting works well as long as I dont have to charge my switch. So far I love it.

I like that the dongle is so seamless. I am able to switch between PC and XBOX quickly without having to pair devices. just plug and play!

Just like the Beats Studio 3 who uses 50mm drivers are being conservative with battery life not pushing this 50mm drivers to its full potential. My 40mm Beats Studio 2 is way louder and has deeper bass than this Barracuda 50mm.
