Nice stand, but not a powered USB hub

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a nice, sturdy metal stand, but the thing to know here is that it is NOT a powered USB hub, so it must be connected (via usb) to another device (such as a PC or game console) that is powered-on and active. If that device is in "rest" mode, then the stand will not power on. This stand was on promo and included free with the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro wireless headset that I bought. However, had it not been included, I would not pay $70 for a stand with a passive USB hub.
