Scroll wheel issues

They'll replace it for you, but you'll just get the scroll wheel issues again. It's because hairs and dirt are easily able to get inside the wheel and occlude the sensor.

Works great until it stops working

Dock wont respond nor will it charge the mouse. Even connecting the mouse to the wire directly to my computer it wont work. Submitted a claim with Razer so let's see how they handle this. Giving it 3 stars because it was a great gaming mouse when it was working...

Scroll wheel stopped working

Forget trying to get any solutions from them. The self-help troubleshooting list is detailed, and once you've completed those steps, you're done and they don't care. Upon submitting a request from them, you get a standard copy and paste conversation. When they ran out of auto-replies, I received a message stating that they were sending me a return label to send the mouse back to them. The next day I received a message stating they were closing the case since they hadn't heard from me in "some time." Immediately after that, they started the copy and paste from step 1 conversation. This mouse costs too much for the low quality of the components, and Razer does not honor it's warranty. Buy at your own risk.

Scroll wheel jump is a big problem

As of Dec 2023, the replacement mouse from Razer is doing the exact same thing. Pretty sure Razer's quality just has dropped over years. Going to just replace it with a Logitech mouse at this point.
