Good mouse, responsive. Battery life is sub-par in my opinion. As I use it all day for work from home, have to remember to place the mouse on the charger at night or it won't make it through the next day.

Got it on sale for $65, definitely worth it with the charging dock at that price! Charging dock is a little finnicky at times, but mouse works with no issues

The Basilisk Ultimate us such a good and reliable mouse for playing games and regular office/school work that I decided I wanted to get another one last week for my gaming setup

These things are so fragile and unreliable. This is my third one already. First one bricked itself after 3 hours and wouldn't connect. Second one lasted half a year, but the rubber under the thumb started tearing and peeling away. Here's hoping this one lasts longer. Definitely get the protection plan if you're buying. These mice are great and comfortable. On the larger and heavier side, but that's to my preference. Not too many buttons, a positive in my book as there's less to get in the way. The app also offers great customization options, and being able to plop it onto a dock to charge is much more convenient than I initially expected.

After a week or so it stopped working with razer synaps 3. Tried everything frim firmware update to uninstalling and reinstalling.

Got it in March now it is September and now there is an issue of it not connecting to anything even other computers. Going to see what is up. besides that the mouse is amazing and fits amazing in my hands.

I had to return the first one I got because of a faulty power switch but my local store exchanged it no problem and the new one has been awesome.

This is the perfect mouse for my hand, everything that was a small problem on the basilisk v3 was fixed or adjusted. Great mouse

This mouse feels great in the hand. I don’t care for the usb cables really. If you lose the cable for it most regular micro usb cables won’t work. Other than that it’s a great mouse.

Great mouse, easy to set up, the colors are a nice touch and the price was great. It's lighter than I would have thought.

Items are good. What wasn't good was the authorization hold that was placed on my checking account (online buy, instore pickup), followed up by a charge that essentially caused for double the amount to be removed from my account. The problem was that the hold was for the package price (pc and mouse), but the subsequent charges were made seperately. Thus, my bank didn't recognize that the charges (separate) matched the hold (package). I had no access to my money for three days because of this. So Bestbuy, when you place a hold, make sure the following charge matches that hold.

The gaming mouse is great. it works as intended and the variety of settings makes for a very pleasant user experience.
