Waste of electricity

I charge my mouse when I'm not using my computer, and put the computer into sleep mode when I'm not using it to save electricity. The dock won't charge while the computer is in sleep mode. Also, the dock isn't working right after 6 months and you have to be super-attentive when using it to make sure the mouse is actually charging.

Great mouse annoying software

Great mouse... when it works.

The biggest issue is connectivity. about 50% of the time, when I boot up my laptop from a shut down, I have to turn the mouse off and back on to get it to work. Sometimes, I have to turn the mouse off unplug the receiver and plug it back in, turn on the mouse and it will finally work. I picked up a corsair mouse and it's been flawless.

Decent hardware, terrible software.

This is a lie, you cannot do that. Everything goes through the terrible Synapse software. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache, get a Logitech.

Really Disappointed

I liked the shape of it and the feel generally. The deal breaker for me was that the charging station/range extender did not work. I did quite a bit of troubleshooting and that was the issue. To compound the problem the Maker's website was not helpful, I could not get the chat feature to work, and when I called the help line I was dumped off into who knows where. I decided to return it to Best Buy. Unfortunately, there were no more in stock.

Not reliable

Not even 9 months later i cannot charge it. The battery life was always not that good and now I have to replace it. Good thing I still have the corsair handy.
