Terrible software.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not for big hands too many accidental clicks on the side buttons, not enough space to place my thumb properly. The Razer synapse app is a nightmare.

Great mouse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recevied this mouse as a father day gift. My son picked this up when it was on sale for $99.00 dollars so hegot a great deal. The mouse was easy to install the only issue was with the razor software that neededto reboots for the mouse to be detected by the software. I play fps games and this mouse just glides across the mouse pad. Very light, when I am playing for hours on end I do not even notice that it is there. The clicks are fast and responsive. Tracking is great no issues there at all. Scroll as it should. The only thing I wish it had was a way to see what dpi setting is set to. No reason to deduct a star. Usb dongle can be plugged into the charger stand one saving room on the motherboard Wait for it to go on sale unless you want and have the cash

Unfortunate Experience
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mouse feels and looks great. Unfortunately, for me, it would constantly lag and skip my mouse movements, which is an absolute deal breaker at any price point.

DOA
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The charging dock was dead out of the box. I can't remember the last time I bought something brand new and it was dead out of the box. This is the first Razer product I've ever bought so I'm a little worried about their quality control. The mouse did work and seems fine for now. If I had bought this mouse at full price, I'd return it immediately but since I got it at a good discounted price, I'm still considering an exchange.

Comfortable Grip
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just like the g502, slightly less weight at a base level, no custom weight modifications. However, Id say its lighter weight frame gives it good viability in fast paced fps games with lots of flicking and such. However, it is still versatile enough to work just well in slower paced games like valorant. Customizable RGB settings using razer software, lots of control over the lights.

Worst Razer Mouse I’ve owned
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not good for gaming. At all. It will freeze up at least once an hour, battery life is fairly short, and the charging takes too long. I have used pretty much every razer mouse on the market, this is the first one I stopped using after two months. I would trade this for a deathadder if i could. Terrible product and not worth the high price.

Bad quality control
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wire frayed within a month. It still works. I’m not sure how.

Do not buy!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wouldn’t give it a star at all! But you can’t even use the mouse wirelessly. It just stops working even when the mouse is charged at 100%! Don’t waste your time and money on it! It works great wired but I wanted it to work wirelessly with my gaming laptop!

Awful spyware and memory hog
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse requires an “app” that has is really six apps that run in the background at all times. They take up 4 GB of memory just to use the mouse.

Well worth it.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using a wired Logitech G502 for ages and having tried out the wireless Logitech G903 my boyfriend had, I finally bit the bullet and bought this mouse - and it's well worth it! The battery lasts quite a while and it's easy to set up and use. PROS: - Pretty long battery life, lets you know when it's on low battery by the RGB pulsing red - Versatility. If you want to use it like a wireless mouse, connect the receiver to your computer. If you want to use it wired, connect the speedflex cable to your mouse instead of the accompanying charging dock - I didn't want to download Razer Synapse, and I didn't have to. If you want to customize options and hotkeys, you're free to download it, but I like that I can just plug and play on just about anything. CONS: - If you're using it wirelessly, the dock and the mouse are going to use up two USB ports on your computer. Keep that in mind, or have a port hub handy. - Slipping the mouse into the charging dock isn't an immediately intuitive experience, and it took me a couple tries before I got used to where the grooves were so I could dock it easily. - Cost. At the end of the day, this is still pretty pricey.

Excellent gaming mouse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s exceptionally difficult to find fault with the Basilisk Ultimate as a general-purpose mouse for both work and play. Customisation options are broad, battery life is good, software operates as expected, and construction and build quality serve all masters. Only the weight may prove to be an issue for many users, and generally only those transitioning from a much lighter weight mouse. And the price is hard to beat. If there’s one thing we’d appreciate most it’s adding a read-out of current mouse wheel tension to Synapse (if possible). Should users go down the route of different tensions for each application/game genre, it would make finding and setting preferred levels much easier.

Will not charge - Stay away

Best Gaming Mouse I've Ever Had.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As the title suggests, I have been a Razer peripheral user for a long time, and about 1-2 years ago purchased this mouse. Since then it has been a champ. Works flawlessly, latency is non-existent, feel and build is premium. My only complaint is that the contacts for the charging dock sometimes get gunked up and don't charge. Every 1-2 years you have to clean the contacts with a q tip and rubbing alcohol. Otherwise, very highly recommended mouse, it will last you for years and you'll enjoy every second of it.

Long lasting mouse!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been daily using this mouse for over a year now and it still performs just the same as day 1. Battery life is wonderful even with the lights turned to the brightest setting. Being able to set up multiple profiles via Synapse has been a game saver. I've only had a few sessions where i've had to plug it in while playing as the battery was running low. But that was after a few days after charging with 8+ hrs a day playing.
