I was initially keeping an eye on the Viper Ultimate since it is really popular for FPS gaming. Instead, I picked up the Basilisk Ultimate (w/ dock) on sale for $100 which was too good to pass up! Overall, the mouse feels really smooth and accurate. The shape took a little time to adjust to and I don't notice the extra weight anymore. The MSRP of $170 feels high in my opinion and I would wait for a $20 or more discount if you are interested in the mouse.

If you look at most of the lower reviews, its the same thing... Defective dock. I got a defective dock on the first purchase as well so that was frustrating but overall the mouse is fantastic. I love the idea of the charging dock, I love that its fairly lightweight, the presses feel good as well. The stars lost is on Razer for poor quality control, consistently on this product.

Nice upgrade. Was using the original G700 Logitech. This Razer Basilisk mouse is lighter and higher quality. Over the years I went through 4 defective G700's until I got one that lasted....Logitech is a good company and replaced each unit without cost....anyway nice to move on to newer stuff. I like the way this mouse feels in my hand. Not super light but just right. Glides nice on my new Corsair mouse pad. Pleased with purchase.

A wireless gaming mouse that was definitely worth it. Great battery life and very responsive.

A bit conflicted since I really love this mouse. Love the design, shape, rgb, build quality and the wireless freedom it brings. But because it’s wireless, I’m worried that one day it would just stop working altogether or have frequent issues where it would suddenly disconnect. I’ve already recalled my mouse disconnecting at least 4 times for a few seconds in the middle of an Apex game. Hoping these issues won’t pop up again but just as a reminder, sudden disconnects are possible. Also mouse dock is very nice, try to get it with the dock for $99 if the sale ever pops up again. It’s pretty much a steal.

I actually bought this in early 2023 and coming back to review in 2025. Still very happy with this purchase. Nice design and customizable features!

Very cool mouse and beautiful. Dock is awsome feature for RGB it is pricey but it is worth it if you want cool wireless.

Its smaller than I imagined but otherwise is exactly what the images online suggest. An RGB wireless mouse that's comfy and comes with a cool dock. I recommend it.

This mouse is pretty advanced for me. I am coming from the standard windows mice and this thing has more buttons and lights than anything else I’ve owned. I haven’t tried changing the light features yet but razor hair everything laid out nicely and it’s easy to understand. It also fits my hand well and has multiple settings I can swap from which is cool. Don’t think I’ll ever go back to any other mouse after this one.

Quick and easy install, with so many customizable options. Quality is excellent offering a confirmation placement and extremely responsive. The charging doc is convenient and easy to use without taking up too much space on desk. Simple to connect back and forth from different laptops for work and personal.

Awesome mouse finally decided to go wireless and I went with the perfect option the charging life lasts me a day or two the feeling of the mouse is also perfect considering me having a larger hand! I use for work use and gaming and never get tired of it

Oh boy, I love this mouse. It feels the same weight as my older wired Death Adder, it feels great in my giant paws I have for hands, and I am a sucker for the level of chroma customization. The charging is fast and efficient, and the stand adds a nice little extra chroma. The adjustment to the shape happened quickly, and I don't think I will go back to the death adder or mamba. It is expensive though so I intend to use this mouse til it dissolves.

I dont know a whole lot about pc mice. But i can tell you this mouse is by far the smoothest and user friendly mouse ive used. The program for the lighting is super simple and easy to use. The battery life is great, (I game for about 6-10hrs on weekends). I very rarely need to dock the mouse to charge. Overall a great product.

I have been a fan of Razer products for a long time, so when my corsair mouse's middle mouse button broke, I decided to stick with Razer. Was looking for a wireless solution with some ergonomic features and this met most of my needs. I am using it on a Razer mouse pad and it's super smooth and responsive. The battery life on this is also quite impressive and will usually last me a day or two of 8+ hours of use. Highly recommended.
