My previous mouse company has gone down hill so I thought I would give Razer a try. This mouse worked good for what I needed it for. I have a very small space to move it and an ultra wide screen. So I needed a mouse that can travel across it with very little movement. This mouse did just that with its high DPI ability. I also liked that the charging dock would be used to display the battery level of the mouse. This made it easy to recognize when it needed to be charged. Having lights on the mouse makes it easy to see in the dark. However, when you have it at a high DPI setting and the lights on full, it will drain a fully charged battery in 12 hours. I charged the battery fully before using it for the first time to make sure it was good to go. I thought I might have received a defective one, after all, it does happen from time to time. So I took it back and exchanged it for another one. Did the same thing to this one and it died just as fast as the first. So this one I returned and went with a different model. I guess the "UP TO 100 HOURS OF BATTERY LIFE" on their website for this mouse is if you are using it with the most power saving choices possible. But then it would be pointless as a gaming mouse. After all, who wants to plug in the mouse or be without a mouse in the middle of a marathon gaming session.

The best mouse I’ve ever used the only problem is that the battery drains a little fast, other than that I love it I have absolutely no lag between my mouse and screen. 10/10

A lot of people will say that the mouse is overpriced. I will give you my honest opinion, I have 3 mouses in the same price point as this model and this is the one I love and use the most not only for the functionality and the way it feels and perform in game but the way it looks.

The best mouse money can get. Great wireless and wired options and the button layout is extremely comfortable. It’s different, especially coming from razer, but overall a fantastic mouse.

Battery life is among the best. But you do have to put it on its charger to charge the mouse. Will not charge wirlessly. Also did not come with a cord to make it a wired mouse.

Very good wireless mouse for productivity. I use it for work, which involves a lot of google sheets and 3D Modeling. It is the best mouse I have ever owned.

I have used the Razer Basilisk WIRE mouse for several years and it had begun to suffer from "old age"...occasionally losing tracking, center button no longer functioned. Just in time, Best Buy took $100 off the price of the wireless version. But apart from just being wireless, it's actually a nifty upgrade to the sensors and buttons. It's a much more responsive tool. And I got it for less than I paid for the old one, a few years ago!

I love this mouse, it's perfect. I've had the Hyperspeed X version for a year now because I couldn't justify the price on the Ultimate+dock but the sale last week made it irresistible. It matches the other Razer products I have at my desk with colors. The battery life does take quite the beating with the lights on especially with brightness up. The extra buttons are great, and with programming can really help give you an edge when gaming. I've got profiles for different games that auto-load on launch. Even while I'm working, I've got cut/copy/paste on quick buttons now, can do it all without lifting hand.
