Beautiful mouse, wonderful control over the product, and who else to buy from than a retailer that sold it to me for nearly half the price while it was brand new! Great product.

The connectivity is really inconsistent and putting the mouse on the dock feels awkward. A lot of times when the mouse has been inactive for 10+ minutes moving the mouse will get no response. Sometimes it takes a second for the mouse to start reading input again and sometimes it takes longer. Kinda a small thing but for a brand new mouse I expect better. Gunna return this and try out the g502 instead

Excellent choice for work because of the programable features. It helped relieve my hand fatigue from moving the mouse for copy and paste functions in preparing documents.

I purchased one of these in 2020, and aside from having a warped base (the plastic would rub on the pad instead of the actual mouse feet), it was a pretty good mouse. Somewhat poor battery life (10-15 hours with 50% brightness and 500hz polling rate), but comfortable with a great sensor and decent feeling clicks as far as opticals go. The triggers themselves were rattly, but it didn't affect how the clicks felt. Good side buttons as well. However, the one I purchased in 2020 did not have a dock, so I decided to buy another when I saw it on sale in March 2021 from Best Buy to have as a spare and acquire one of the convenient docks. Much to my surprise, the base was warped again... dragging on my mouse pad. I was willing to look past that, though, as I was able to "fix" my first one by buying an additional set of mouse feet online and putting them on top of the old ones to increase the distance between the feet and the base and raise the lift-off distance to 3mm in Synapse. However, the scroll wheel on my 2nd copy was defective. It didn't matter which tension setting I used, it would sometimes not scroll at all between scroll wheel notches, or it would sometimes scroll multiple times per notch unexpectedly. I chalked it up to bad luck and a fluke, and purchased another to see if the third time was a charm, and that one had the same exact issues as the second one. A warped base and a defective scroll wheel. I'd avoid this mouse until Razer can get their act together. I gave this a 2 instead of a 1 because my original 2020 Ultimate is still working fine, albeit with poor battery life and a warped base. Razer seems to be having a lot of issues with QC as of late. I've purchased most of their products over the past few years and I almost always have to go through at least one or two before I can get one that isn't defective or has very bad quality control issues. I went through 2 Viper Ultimates before getting one that was relatively passable (even though the right click still rattles on my third copy), two Basilisk V2s (faulty left click), two Mamba Elites (faulty scroll wheel, same as the one found on the Basilisk Ultimate) and two Mamba Wirelesses (faulty right click with zero feedback/tactility). I think I'm just masochistic because when you get one with good QC, their mice really are pretty nice.

Feels great in my hand and very smooth. The wrieless charging is pretty fast too.

Its a good combo to have, cant go wrong with Razer. Solid product.

Great wireless mouse. Nice and large ergonomic fit. Buttons are responsive. Slick LEDs. Best feature is being able to change the resistance of the mouse wheel.

My son is very happy with the mouse. Work perfect for him. very usefull.

Good gaming mouse. I thought I would use the button for sniping but it’s not helpful in multiplayer gaming. My only complaint is that I don’t see a way to remap that button. Other than that it’s a perfect mouse for me.

Great mouse, excellent fast connection. I was a little scared this mouse would be too large for my hands but thus far it's fine. Definitely worth the investment.

Battery lasts long and it’s very responsive even on Bluetooth mode.

This mouse is incredibly nice quality and feels great compared to the cheaper versions. Though it costs quite a bit, it is definitely worth the money.
