Happy with product, service left alot to be desire

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On 8-25, we saw that Best Buy was advertising a 1 hour pick up on curbside orders, so we placed an order at 1:55 pm. I sent my wife to shop on that side of town until the order was ready. At 4pm, still no order, so she came home. Later that night, at 6:54 pm we got a text that the order was ready so I sent my wife to the store again, but it had closed at 6pm. We saw that the store reopened at 10 so we went to get it around 10:15. We confirmed and reported our parking spot at 10:30. Around 11:20am, an associate came out with a whole cart of things and went from car to car, asking what we had ordered and just gave it to us, didn't check order number or ID's. Disappointing. We won't be ordering things from Best Buy after this.

Copy of Logitech G502
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a copy of the Logitech G502. Has less functions, and is not even programmable. Tgis mouse even costs more. Razer is stuck up with themselves. Dont waste your money on this mouse. Get the G502.

Comfortable mouse but scroll wheel leaves a lot to be desired. Overall it’s a decent mouse for light use and gaming but I wasn’t impressed by the adjustable scroll wheel’s feel.

Unbelievably Bad Scroll Wheel

Everything about the mouse is above average, except for the SCROLL WHEEL. I know a lot of people love the adjustable tension of the wheel or whatever, but it is WAY too easy to press the scroll wheel down when you're just scrolling. Trying to play Call of Duty with this thing was a nightmare. You're trying to weapon swap (yes I use the scroll wheel to swap my weapons) and you end up nading yourself. It's a terrible scroll wheel, and it was the sole reason I returned the mouse. I swapped it out three times before totally giving up on it.

Not built for a mac
