Was an average mouse for me. Found one that was more comfortable. your mileage may vary though.

It's a little to big for my hands but is usable for the games I play. Would recommend for someone with big hands

I Like it. Still to early to tell. I've spent maybe 30 minutes of use with it. It is a back up.

It's okay but not if you have big hands, I really wanted to like this mouse but it was just too small.

Overall good mouse, however the scroll wheel is squeaky.

It was good while it lasted. After 3 months I started to have the scroll failing, after 6 months it was hard/impossible to scroll properly, always skipped. Garbage it went... got another brand. It sux too cause I already had tartarus pro and both use the same software but i can't risk buying another dud.

Not Mac compatible. Would’ve been a 5 if so. Please make them for a Mac!

This mouse was almost perfect but has 1 fatal flaw which makes it unusable for me when gaming - the scroll wheel click doesn't work. I bought this mouse 3 separate times hoping I just got a bad one, but every single one had the same issue. When you click the scroll wheel down it detects a scroll. So for my fps games, I'd be in the middle of throwing a grenade and suddenly I'd switch weapons instead. Got me killed plenty and was frustrating. Could I have just re-mapped some buttons? Sure, but something as simple as a scroll wheel click shouldn't broken on a mouse at this price.

I buy a lot of products from Best Buy and have had very few issues over the years. This mouse is probably the most frustrating mouse I have ever bought. Every time I turn on my computer It doesn't recognize the mouse. I have to unplug the mouse and plug it back in again every time. You can buy a 10 dollar mouse and WalMart and not have this issue. This may not seem like to big of a deal, but it wears on you. I re installed my software, updated drivers, made sure windows was updated and then finally I looked on line to see if I was doing something wrong. This appears to be a common problem with this Razer mouse. Fortunately I kept the old mouse that came with my computer and it's working just fine. Lesson learned, Razer in the trash.

Cosmetically- The lights won’t work For some reason. I’ve updated my drivers swapped USB ports in my pc and installed latest software and no luck. Mechanically- left and right click are indecisive on which one is acting as which. I’ve made sure all updates and firmware downloads are current but it won’t work for some reason. This all happened a few days ago. I called Best Buy and got told I couldn’t exchange it and that I’d have to go through the manufacturing website. ITS NOT EVEN A MONTH OLD.

Quality is severely lacking with Razer products. The side mouse button stopped working 11 days after purchase. Luckily it was within the return period. This is the second Razer product I've owned with faulty construction quality in their switches. I was not as lucky with my keyboard and had to try and work with Razer "support" which was a nightmare.

Will not take firmware updates and is not recognized in Synapes

Hate it. It has to be unplugged to reboot the computer, otherwise the computer will not reboot but hang. Without this mouse or with any other mouse the computer will reboot just fine. Also, you can not use it in BIOS at all. A mouse from the dollar store would work better. DO NOT BUY.

Every time I restart or turn off my computer I have to reconnect the mouse. There is no input signal from the mouse after powering up my PC. The sensor is great and probably the most accurate mouse I've ever used, but there is obviously something wrong with the connection drivers or software for some of these.
