    No support, Razer admitted defective

I've had this mouse for a couple years. Yes, out of warranty I expected. It's been double-clicking for a month now, causing errors in many apps. I tried online fixes. Called Razer support. She told me it was out of warranty. Advised me to try using it without the software (Razer Synapse). I told her I had only installed the software today to try to find a resolution. She said "Sorry it's defective and since it's out of warranty, we cannot help further." Customer service is important. Razer has no offer of help for an admitted defective device. it was comfortable and easy to use WHILE IT WORKED. I guess that counts for something...

    compatibility are misleading

I bought this to replace another mouse that is dying. The big reason I bought this is because it was supposed to be Mac compatible. Out of the box you may be able to use it on a Mac, but the software needed to set the buttons to what you want is only available for Windows. What's the point of buying a multi button mouse if you can't set the buttons to what you need? As you can expect, it got returned.
