The only reason I bought this mouse was because of the thumb curve.. felt perfect, but, I didn't like how the wheel and two buttons on top felt and worked.

Very accurate and led looks good and customizable.

Clicks have a little less feedback than the razer ultimate, but still a great mouse.

Always room for improvement. They are requiring 50 characters.

Good stuff. The girl running the register could have been more customer service savvy.

Works, but only in certain conditions. This mouse NEEDS a hard surface to work properly it will not work on glass or light wood EVEN with a RAZER mousepad (I'm not the only one with this issue, have tried multiple mousepads, and there is not a logical fix). Razer settings can fix this issue temporarily, but the tracking issue always seems to bite you in the worst of times and makes you want to yeet it. It looks cool and feels nice but it just isn't worth it. Do yourself a favor and buy a deathadder.

Good color and speed, juat a little bit light but good for the price

Various mouse buttons WILL stop working within a year and more buttons will continue to fail or sometimes not register presses soon after. Very poor quality

Really good, it's similar to the Logitech g502 with how it plays.

I purchased this gaming mouse for my son. He has now traveled back to Japan and has not yet used it. I am unable to fully rate this item, but I know that he loves it. It is exactly what he wanted. I believe it will be a great addition to his gaming platform.

Sensitive/loose scroll wheel causing unwanted scroll wheel action ie: zooming in when I’m in game. And no scroll wheel lock to stop it. Better to invest more into the more expensive ultimate version but it’ll cost 3x more.

I've really had a good time using this product. Its had no issues and has served me really well.

I bought this mouse at the end of Jan. 2022 with high hopes. The hyperscroll wheel and the thumb button meant I could use this mouse as both a work mouse and a gaming mouse, something I was really excited by. However, after a couple days of using it, I noticed that the when using the scroll wheel in smart reel mode, there would be phantom scrolling. I would spin the wheel to scroll and as the wheel came to a stop, it would cause the document that I was reading to jump ahead 5 to 6 pages. So every time I thought the page was coming to a stop, I would suddenly find myself 6 pages from where I was just looking. I reached out to Razer tech support, and to their credit, they have been extremely helpful, looking for some solutions. They had me send the mouse back to have them inspect it, then sent it back and asked me to try again. It had the same problem. They asked for me to send it back again for a higher level tech to look at it, which I did, only to receive a mouse that still didn't work properly. They had me send it back again and sent me a new one which had the same exact problem. So back it went only to get another mouse with the same exact problem. The problem happened on each computer I tried and was easily replicable. But when their techs looked at it, they said they couldn't identify a problem. I have sent the mouse back and gotten another one close to half a dozen times, and each one has the same exact problem. It has taken so long to go through this process that I am now outside of the return period. Several times the new mouse I got was shipped from Honk Kong. Why? I don't know but it couldn't have been cheap to do that several times. So now I am stuck with a mouse that doesn't work correctly and has phantom inputs that makes it unusable. Be aware and look else where.
