Never had this issue with a Razer product before. It's clearly a software issue. The mouse works fine once it's unplugged and re-plugged.

Great features, pretty lights, FANTASTIC performance! Highly accurate, lightweight. The buttons are super responsive, and the thumb buttons on the side are perfectly placed (for me; maybe subjective) and half a very satisfying click. Highly recommended!
