This mouse is great. I don't have big hands but it fits my hand perfectly. It's very comfortable, the grip thumb rest makes it 10 times better. It has numerous customizable options to choose from. The RGB is bright and vibrant. I just love it. I highly recommend the mouse.

This item is great, Hardware: - Scroll wheel: its great. Second best feeling scroll wheel i have used. For context, its almost as good as one of the heavier logitech MX Master scroll wheels. - Weight: Its not a light mouse, but its perfect for me - Glide: Super smooth ptfe skates - Buttons: buttons are great. They sound good, and feel good. They are optical switches, so you dont need to worry about mis-clicks Software - response: its super responsive. no noticeable delay like (like with mx master mice) - Synapse: its still a little buggy, but the convenience if auto-switching profiles is too good

This mouse has been great and comfortable. The size is great for medium sized male hands. The response is great, I'm a casual gamer so can only speak to casual gaming use and heavy productivity use. The auto switch that releases the scroll wheel is the most satisfying clicking noise. RGB is just the right amount, don't want a light show. I won't require another mouse unless this one gives out.

I really like this mouse! I have tremors in my hands. Which makes me constantly push buttons because of how sensitive others are. This one has a place to hold my thumb in place. It is super customizable and makes scrolling a breeze. You can scroll side to side as well as up and down with the roller. I didn't even know they could do that. For the price point it is perfect. You won't regret it!!

    Razer Basilisk V3 Wired Mouse

I purchased this mouse about two years ago and have really enjoyed using it. I don't do any gaming these days and just use it for productivity. I prefer not to use wireless peripherals when I don't specifically need them, since I start feeling anxious about running down batteries or wearing out the rechargeable ones. Also, people have mentioned that some wireless connections can have a noticeable lag. I was previously using the standard Dell wired mice and equivalents which were totally sufficient. But the Basilisk is a definite upgrade in ergonomics and tactility, aspects I especially appreciate working on a computer for most of the day. This is the only higher-end mouse I've purchased where budget wasn't the main consideration; however, it is relatively affordable in the space of "performance" mice. The grip feels very comfortable in my hand. Clicks feel and sound very satisfying, but may be a bit loud if you are in a shared space. I use it on a fabric mouse pad and it skates around very smoothly. The sensor has worked flawlessly. There are a bunch of other cool features that I ended up not using much. I keep the middle wheel on discrete scrolling mode 99.9% of the time. There is a button that sits beyond the thumb rest to slow down the cursor and help with precise movements. There are "back" and "forward" navigation buttons that sit above the thumb, but I instinctively just use the ones on my web browser. I am a 100% Linux user, but was able to use the Razer customization software through a Windows virtual machine. My most important customizations could be saved to the mouse itself, which is greatly appreciated so I don't need to constantly run the VM. The main one was to set the RGB up so that clicking the button under the mouse turns on a constant white glow. It's a cool effect that I occasionally use for a little morale boost when pushing myself to get something done.

Takes time to get used to it.

Initially I didnt like it. I came from a Razer Death Adder Elite. At first, I thought it had too much resistance, but it seems to be fine now (I guess it needed breaking in). The texture is a bit rough though, but I assume over time itll become smooth from breaking it in. The only thing I find annoying is the scroll wheel might be too far and the 2 buttons beneath the scroll wheel, you can accidentally hit them (the one that controls the scroll and the dpi for the mouse). I guess it takes time to get used to it because my Death Adder lasted me 7 years and my hand is used to that mouse. I will probably keep it since it was on sale.

Very comfortable in the hand, great color customization, but sucks that you have to use razers app that barely runs for me half the time, the new mechanic where the scroll wheel will unlock and spin free is actually a great feature for some applications and can easily be turned off in the click of a button. Overally decent mouse

Solid gaming mouse. I appreciate the options for customizing speed and button functionality. I have cats and other mice seem to ingest the cat hair; I've never had to tweeze cat-hair out of the laser area of this model.

You can adjust your cursor sensitivity with the click of a button, as well as how much the scroll wheel moves when you roll it. It has a 4th and 5th mouse button on the side and the lights it emits aren't offensive, though I've personally yet to figure out how to change it, if I can. So far it's put together well and has yet to fail me. There's a good handle on it, though I've yet to drop it so I currently have no comment on its durability.

I bought this mouse just so I could increase my total at the register to get 18 months in interest financing with my best buy card. I use this mouse at work at I love it. It feels great in my hand. Especially where my thumb rests. I do like that you can increase/decrease mouse sensitivity by clicking the button under the scroll wheel. I game with a different brand mouse at home but for $50 this is a great mouse. Lots of RGB too.
