Pretty good mouse works as should buttons on the side are a little closer than I like but it is overall a good mouse to start out with

Mouse is more confirgurable and more options make gaming more precise and customized to my gaming style.

Buttons on the side are very well laid out and the thumb rest makes this an ideal mouse for gaming. Sensitivity adjustment works great. The LED lighting is a nice touch as well

I am a casual gamer and I wanted to get a proper gaming mouse. I can't believe what a difference there is using this Razer Basilisk. When I use my wife's computer and mouse, there is a world of difference.

Owned Logitech G502 and this is better in every aspect except for the thumb button. Laser will stop tracking when surface of mousepad gets worn. This one doesn't have that issue.

An avid gamer, my grandson loved this mouse for gaming and general use.

My kids tell me it's great for gaming. I just use it for normal stuff and it's excellent.

I had a pretty cheap mouse before this one and I didn’t realize how big of an upgrade this would be. I absolutely love it. So smooth and easy.

I personally love the smoothness with the mouse, at first the texture was a bit weird and made my hand feel weird, but I have gotten used to it. its very nice and I love how the wire hasn't creased or caused any issues.

This mouse was perfect in almost every aspect, but I have one issue that may force me to return it. I have it connected to my Mac and sometimes after Mac goes to sleep, the mouse won't wake up -- meaning the lights are off and nothing wakes it up unless I unplug and plug the USB Cable. This looks like a firmware bug and is not acceptable to me as it's a basic functional issue. I have not had this issue with ANY other mouse in the past and it baffles me how the bug got away. I'm waiting for a reply from Razer support, but most likely they're not going to do anything because it's a Mac. I don't know if the issue happens on Windows but I don't want to test it for them. Most likely I"ll have to return it as I don't really expect a firmware fix happening from my report. If they surprise me, though, I'll change the rating :)
