Very nice gaming mouse.

I can't tell much difference in performance between the two, but the v3 has some cool RGB around the perimeter. Excellent tracking, comfortable, and all buttons are very responsive. Highly recommended for gaming. Note: when you plug it in, it will start the install of razer's software. Not sure if you don't install if that will stop popping up. I don't mind razer's software.
