Feels good in the hand, looks good....synapse software is trash, always will be!! The battery life is also fairly bad compared to competitors like the 502x

Amazing mouse with an amazing quality . Does exactly what you need it to do.

Unfortunately this does have some connection issues compared to Logitech stuff. That being said I didn't have the issues others talked about. Instead I had issues with the software and way profile system works. You can save the profile to the mouse but it doesn't save the lighting setup and that drives me crazy. I'm not a fan of RGB so I set it up to be a solid color. Then I save the profile to the mouse like I would any other brand. I then exited the 3 or 4 different programs it installed and immediately the RGB started doing it's default actions. I don't understand why the profile can't save that. The mouse itself is comfortable but unless you buy the extra dock that allows 4k polling and a stronger Signal it's not really worth what you're paying for. It feels slightly sluggish compared to the g502 hero and the new hero pro and I think its due to the polling rate. It's unfortunate because I wanted out of the Logitech eco system but nobody makes a mouse & keyboard that meet all my needs. I found one from a small company called wooting but after tell me it was shipping tomorrow then 3 days later telling me it was on back order until March... Although it sounds like an amazing keyboard. Anyways back to the mouse. If you have no issue with RGB and you don't mind multiple programs running that you can't close then the mouse will probably be fine for you, although it's not very smooth which is probably why they sell stuff to put on the bottom of the mouse to make it move better. At least the buttons feel solid! Razer keeps getting better but if you are going to charge Logitech prices (or more) then you need to make sure you have the same level of quality.

A lot of the features of the mouse were nice, but for my hand size/mouse grip, it was not super comfortable for me. Maybe also due to the weight of the mouse along with how I hold it, I had a little bit of strain in my hand that I did not have with other mice I've used. I would say to buy it and try it exclusively in the return period to see if you like the shape/weight
