I’ve been using the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro for a while now, and I have to say — this mouse really does feel like it’s built for serious gamers and power users alike. First Impressions Right out of the box, it feels solid and premium. It’s got that classic Razer design — sleek, with customizable Chroma RGB lighting that looks awesome if you’re into RGB setups (and it’s bright and vibrant). The shape is ergonomic and very comfortable for longer sessions. I’ve been playing shooters and doing regular computer work with it, and it just fits my hand nicely — especially if you grip it with your palm or claw.

It has a great ergonomic feel, lightweight, nice mouse.... just very unreliable. Two or three days after setting up the mouse, the scroll wheel failed. While it originally had a light ratcheting action, with just enough friction, it began spinning freely, sending the PC cursor unpredictably across the screen. Razer's tech support people were readily available via chat. They quickly determined I had a hardware failure. From there, you have two choices: 1) Return the mouse to them and wait for a new one to be sent. 2) Pay in advance for a new one, then return the old, broken mouse for a full credit. I took option 2. I received the new, replacement mouse in just a few days and returned the broken one. Then, the new mouse broke. In exactly the same way: the scroll wheel stop ratcheting and began to spin freely. That happened today. I've contacted support, but this time they don't seem so eager to talk. No reply yet. I will not buy another one of these.

I like it because it performs well. It feels nice in my hand and of course it goes with the razor collection which I have a lot of components of. My roommate tried it out and he doesn’t like installing the software and he doesn’t like the default performance setting, but I told him if you install the software you can customize pretty much every aspect of the mouse. I’m not my roommate and I love it.

If you have large hands, this is the mouse to get. The best feature of this mouse is the option between Bluetooth and the 2.4 Ghz option. What a god send. I also like the lighting, its not in your face but just good enough to not annoy me.

Simply put: if you enjoy the MX Master’s design, you’ll love the Basilisk V3 Pro. One standout feature is its “smart” scroll wheel, which, like Logitech’s, offers adaptive free-scrolling. Personally, I’ve chosen to disable it since it feels overly sensitive, and the software currently doesn’t allow sensitivity adjustments. Instead, I prefer using the manual toggle, which works reliably and gives me more control. Overall, the Basilisk V3 Pro strikes an excellent balance between comfort, versatility, and high-performance features. It's incredibly versatile, allowing for precise scrolling in tactical mode and lightning-fast free-spinning when I need to fly through long documents or web pages. It has genuinely improved my workflow. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the wireless charging puck is not included in the box. For a premium mouse at this price point, it feels like an oversight to have to purchase such an essential accessory separately. Despite that, I can't recommend the Basilisk V3 Pro enough. If you're looking for a high-performance, comfortable, and feature-rich mouse for both work and play, this is it. Just be prepared to buy the charging puck separately if you want the full wireless experience.

Beautiful mouse. I really like there is 2.4 Ghz, Bluetooth, and wired option. Very comfortable feel. I do not think it is too large, as some others have said, and I have "normal" size hands. Very smooth scroll wheel, and great side click ergonomics. Responsive. Looks aesthetic and attractive with great RGB controls

Smooth, accurate tracking and satisfying hyper-scroll tilt wheel, making it great for both fast paced shooters and everyday use. Its slightly heavier build might not suit players who prefer ultra light mice. Wireless performance is solid with responsive clicks and customizable buttons that feel great in hand.

The battery life is amazing. i charge it maybe once a week. and not for very long and it just. lasts. even when i forget to turn it off. the ergonomics is fantastic. I have small hands and normally have trouble finding mice that are as fitting as this. although my only complaint as i cant reach the DPI "accuracy" button. but again. i got tiny mouse hands that aren't great for most mice... it is incredibly light Imo. yes there are definitely lighter mice. but you don't need a 2oz/60 gram mouse. this mouse is basically double that at 112 grams or about 4oz. it is of fairly good quality. id say it feels sturdy enough for the weight. and as long as your not beating it with a hammer or throwing it full force it will be fine. i have had my moments of weakness and slammed my mouse into my desk. and it was perfectly fine. ive had the mouse around 6 months. the tracks are still clean. alittle scratched but look fine. they still glide smooth they have no visible wear. all in all. good mouse. good price.

This is a great mouse, it's on the heavier side but IMO it's not too heavy. If you are looking for a super light mouse, then Viper V2 pro might be a good choice. Pros: 1. Very comfortable to hold (My hand is around 18.5 inch long) 2. The RGB light is amazingly beautiful. 3. Great build quality, premium material 4. The click was not too loud, compared with Viper and DA3 pro, but enough for confirmation. 5. It does have BT + wireless dongle. 6. USB C! Cons: 1. It's pricey 2. It doesnt support multiple device connection. 3. The wireless charging pad is sold separately. 4. The Razer software needs some improvement; it sometimes has device recognition issues.

Good hand feel, clicky buttons. RGB is good, wireless is great and I like the scroll wheel.

Mouse is awesome, adjustable dpi is great. It's so smooth across the matt. Fits perfectly in the hand. The lights are great as well. Each section can be customized which is really cool. Oh and the wheel is FANTASTIC you can either have it in tactical mode or free spin.

Best performance and amazing versatility. Love that it gives you options for 2.4ghz Bluetooth and wired all in one high performance gaming mouse. Connects with razer software that brings it to next level. An absolute must for any casual gamer or Hardcore gamer.

I was looking for a Logitech G502 replacement, and this thing does the job well. The ergonomics feel very similar. Battery life is decent, would be better without RGB lighting on but USB-C charging is nice and quick.

I really, REALLY love this mouse. It's both comfortable and versatile. The mouse offers numerous connection options: 2.4ghz, Bluetooth, and wired. I haven't noticed any lag when using the mouse wirelessly. The mouse's cord is braided and quite nice. The mouse has a small, circular hatch on the bottom for storing the 2.4ghz dongle when it's not in use. The Razer software offers quite a few options for LED light effects and button customization. I found it to be quite intuitive, but it's a little annoying that you have to log into your Razer account when using it. The mouse is rechargeable, so you never have to worry about swapping out batteries. The mouse is very comfortable in the hand, but it's obviously designed for right-handed use. Left-handed gamers probably won't appreciate this mouse as much. The side buttons are a good size and are very easy to reach. The scroll wheel is smooth with just the right amount of resistance. Gaming with this mouse is an absolute joy. I strongly recommend this mouse for any gamer.

Pros -Comfortable Hand shape, perfectly suited for indivuduals with longer hands still looking for a comfortable palm grip mouse. Rubber grips run along both sides of the mouse -Scroll wheel/switches: the inclusion of a "smart scroll" feature is excellent for anyone looking for a gaming mouse that can still be used for any productivity work, allowing for a clean transition between tactile and free scroll determined only by the speed in which the user scrolls. Additionally the optical switches included in the main mouse buttons have a great tactile feel and I have had no issues with any inputs failing to register. -Personalization: While you do have to rely on Razor's synapse software for any adjustments, every button on the mouse can be reassigned, RGB zones can be individually customized to the users preferences. Unlike some of its competitors/previous iterations, it is important to keep in mind that the "sniper button" is not removable on this mouse. Cons -Battery Life: As to be expected from an RGB gaming mouse, the battery life on the Basilisk V3 isn't the greatest, getting maybe 30 full hours of use with the RGB set to full brightness at a 1000hz polling rate using the 2.4GHz dongle. There are a few ways to allieviate this from turning the RGB brigthness down/off, using in wired or bluetooth mode, or making sure to charge it when not in use. If your main concern is a wireless mouse with a long battery life, I would look for some options without RGB lighting. -Wireless Charging Puck sold seprately: While I eventually decided to spend the extra 20 dollars on the wireless charging puck for this mouse, it really should have been included from the start (this goes for options like the G502 x and Naga V2 pro as well). While the mouse + puck is compatible with any qi capable charger, meaning I could use a pad I already owned, it is quite a shame that these peripheral companies continue to upsell for features that should have been included on the mouse from the start.

To be honest, I was a bit nervous about this mouse due to the other reviewers' comments, but luckily, I haven't experienced any problems yet (fingers crossed). I left the mouse to charge overnight and started playing my game the next morning. I immediately noticed how smoothly it glides on my desk - don't even need a mousepad. I really like its ergonomic design and allows me to play for hours without any discomfort. I also appreciate the grip on the right side, so the mouse doesn't slip away from my hand. I wish it had slightly higher profile, so it could provide even more comfort. Also, the overall shape is a bit too slim and the thumb rest is definitely smaller compared to my previous gaming mouse. The scrolling is fast and the response to the buttons are fast, so you don't experience any delays, which is critical. The rolling lighting effects are VERY cool. I leave the mouse on at night, so I can use it as a nightlight - super handy! I think the logo is a snake but not really sure - it looks fine but don't know what to do with the enclosed sticker. I probably end up tossing it, which is wasteful. Overall, I'm very pleased with my new Razer Basilisk V3 Pro gaming mouse. Due to its slim design and high-end price, I'm giving it four stars.

The ergonomics on the Basilisk V3 Pro are perfect. It fits my hand comfortably, and the response time is instant. My favorite feature has to be the HyperScroll Tilt Wheel—it's a game-changer for both gaming and browsing. The battery life is solid, too. Authentic product and fast delivery from Best Buy as always.
