I previously owned a wireless/wired Razer mouse and this one blows it out of the water. Good to great battery life depending on what setting you use. Not necessary to buy the extra dock for the mouse.

Virtually no latency and the battery life is excellent. Smart scroll is the quality of life we needed. I don't know if I could ever go without this feature now.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to replace an older Basilisk that stopped charging, compared to the older one the new mouse feels a lot more substantial and high quality, not heavy just much better feeling materials all around. The updated optical switches have a much more "sure" action to them and the wheel feels significantly better than the older Basilisk. The updated mouse dock and wireless charging (which is Qi compatible) is also way better than the older pin dock design that needed constant cleaning to work correctly. I'm not sure if it's the new feet, new sensor or what but this one tracks a lot more accurately and smoothly than the old one on top of it. Highly recommended.

I tried it out as as well, comfortable to use and the white color way with the RGB is really nice looking. Razer typically makes good mice and this continues that tradition.
