A bit more expensive than it should be, but...

As the title states, this is a pricey gaming mouse and it is more expensive than competitor offerings. You're paying more because it's Razer and they are a premium brand. I chose this mouse because I prefer the ergo design and this one has a great feel. As a PC gamer that is an immersive enthusiast, I don't game competitively or care about how light a mouse is (I actually prefer a bit of weight). I also prefer a wireless setup and Razer's Hyperspeed wireless is great on my Blackshark headset as much as it is on this mouse. The reason I was OK with paying extra for this Razer mouse is because I already have a Razer Tartarus gaming keypad as well as a Razer soundbar, so I already use Razer's chroma software, and I like the way my mouse, keypad and sound bar have the RGB synced up. I didn't want to bother figuring out how to get different peripheral manufacturer's components to sync (if possible) and I have always been happy with every previous Razer product I've used over the years. You can save money by mismatching things in your PC gaming setup, and I'm sure there are mice out there with higher DPI or whatever, but this mouse is more than enough for a non-pro, immersive gamer that doesn't compete seriously. I'm happy with my Basilisk V3 Pro, even though it doesn't come with a wireless charging dock.

It's the best wireless gaming mouse I've ever used. I say this as a MASSIVE Corsair fanboy. No mouse tht Corsair makes can touch this one. Comfortable and endlessly customizable. Razer Synapse has its issues (like any control software), but I feel like it's much less complicated and easier to use than ICue (Corsair), without sacrificing functionality. If I had one criticism, I would say the "free spin" functionality of the mouse wheel is way too sensitive and I don't feel like it's useful at all in any use case I could think of. Fortunately, you can disable it. Unfortunately, there's still a "hot key" mouse button combination that turns it on, and I find myself accidentally doing this during gameplay on occasion. Still, this doesn't affect my rating, as I feel this is a minor quibble. It's EXPENSIVE. I think it should be maybe 25 bucks cheaper. But, for gamers who are looking for the best, they won't blink at the price.

This is my second Razer mouse! Had the base model before this. Its such a fun device, feels very ergonomic and quality is on point for the money. Now, the mouse is susceptible to dirt getting lodged in the grip so you'll have to occasionally clean it up ( I'd recommend that for all your devices atleast once a month ).

Best mouse I have ever owned! Perfect for large hands for every day tasks and especially for gaming. I can't imagine a mouse much better than this one. I initially purchased a Logitech G502 used it for a few days, then got this one and I can tell you between the two the Razer is better hands down!

I went into purchasing this product blindly since I needed a new mouse. I saw Razer was a great product so I took a shot in the dark and I must say this a great product for any gamer. It’s wireless but you can also plug it in and use it as a wired mouse as well. Fits comfortably in my hand and glides smoothly.

I own a lot of Razer products and I’m impressed with all of them. The Basilisk Pro is phenomenal. Zero lag when gaming Bluetooth, and when I play so long I kill the battery, I plug in the included very flexible USB C cable and it picks right up and I continue to game while it charges. I love this mouse.

Pretty much a gaming version of an MX Master 3S

As the title says, this is more or less a gaming version of the very popular MX Master 3S from Logitech. This is slightly smaller, and lighter and I appreciate how much more responsive it is as a productivity mouse. I work a lot on MS365, web applications and proprietary software throughout the day and this does a great job. To me, all that RGB crap is unnecessary and I don't care for it. After hours, I play COD, WarZone and Paladins and it helps a lot with aiming. Yes it's not like the super light counterparts but honestly as a casual gamer, the weight difference doesn't really matter to me. Battery life works great. It actually shutsdown/sleeps when not in use, unlike the Razer keyboards that I have. The price is definitely on the high side, but if you can count this as an "office expense" then it's a very good productivity and gaming mouse overall.

I love this mouse. I use it at work, and not for gaming. If I didn't already have a mouse at home for gaming I would surely purchase it for myself. It's lightweight and comfortable. It is so smooth when it moves too. I think the only thing I would change on it if I could is the placement of the precision thumb button. I have smaller hands and it's a little too far away. At home I have a logitech mouse for gaming, and I like the feel of this one better. I also think the left/right click of the wheel works much better on this mouse compared to the logi I have. If you're in the market for a gaming mouse, you won't be disappointed with this.

Super comfortable. Super easy to change DPI on the fly. Holds a charge for a long time if you're running it wirelessly. Only gets a 4 star because as with every razer product they don't tend to last.

Razor always comes out with strong products. I use razor for everything and i love this mouse. The weight is good and the extra buttons are amazing and placed perfectly for ease of access. My favorite thing about the mouse is the thumb rest, its extremely comfortable. The only reason it gets a 4 star instead of a 5 is because for the price it should come with the charging dock.

Absolutely my favorite mouse! I love that I can hook it up to work with my keyboard dongle to keep a free usb port open. The battery life is great I use it daily for hours at a time and really only need to charge it every week and a half. The grip on it is comfortable for my hand.
