I registered the number on the manufacturer's website where I spent a lot of time clicking on various links for fun. This product has plenty of support. I am a multi-media content creator, not a gamer. But I like to choose gamer hardware to work on because of the speed, the memory and the durability. I like that this mouse can be connected by bluetooth or 2.4, but one big reason I got it was to free up a USB port on my laptop.

The whole mouse has a slight texture to the plastic and feels great in the hand. Wireless performance is perfect and it has great battery life. My only complaint would be that it is missing some buttons compared to the regular Basilisk and the Basilisk Ultimate. I ended up returning this mouse for the Ultimate because I wanted the extra buttons. But, at about $100 less than the Ultimate this mouse is great.

16000 dpi on wireless

Wish it had a couple more buttons but it's fine for a basic gaming mouse. Also has a bluetooth connection which many do not have but don't use bluetooth for gaming as the latency is much higher than wireless. The wireless response rate is around 10ms which is right at what wired gaming mice provide.
