Crackling sound on console

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this headset for the wireless functionality and the wired functionality and I love this part not having a wire that has to stay plugged in but whenever I use this headset on the PS5 it makes a crackling sound constantly, resetting the headset fixes it for a few minutes and the crackling comes back this issue happens on the computer to but it very rarely happens and you can fix by resetting the headset and it goes away

Better than Arctis, Logitech, Hyper X!

I tried everything from Logitech g535-->Nova Pro's and this by far beats them all when you factor in price. Very accurate song with decent bass that isn't forced. Try these out you'll love em!

Mid headphones, not great value

Great sound, awful mic

I bought this to use with my PS5 and realized too late it can’t connect via Bluetooth with PS5 so I’m throwing that out there in case it helps someone else.

With pc it’s bad

Good sound quality, possibly poor manufacturing

After 3 months the dongle stopped connecting and being recognized by my PC. Got a replacement and will see if this was just a fluke
