This headset is great. Battery life is pretty long compared to previous Turtle Beach wireless heatsets.

Very good headphones but the software is not so good

Best Razer hwadset you can get your hands on atm, make sure you get the pro 2023 version and not the X or hyperspeed version

Let’s keep it simple. The wireless dongle stopped working after about 5 months. I bought this in June 2024, and it died early November 2024. Thankfully, I have Best buy coverage and was able to return it. It DID still work plugged in to the PC, but that isn’t relevant. I bought this headset to be wireless, so if a major function like that goes bad it gets returned. The dongle didn’t even work to let me try a firmware update. It would power on for half a second and immediately disconnect. I don’t know what it is with headsets from nearly all headset brands today, but I have been on a solid run of bad ones that die in less than a year (see the astro A40). It is unacceptable, frustrating, and frankly wrong of companies to put out producta as shoddy as these. I highly advise you, when researching headsets, read all the 1 star reviews. If they corroborate at all, that will happen. I am convinced that people only rate things 5 star when they are in puppy love with it because they kust bought it. Trash.

Very nice sound. Mic works. A bit of a pairing process when your getting started with the PS 4, but overall amazing.

Only returned to switch out for the white pair, but i love these headphones
