    It's a great headset except for it for the bass, that is definitely lacking. If you like bass, look elsewhere.

    Best headset I’ve personally ever owned. Connection is perfect, I love the customizability of the it in Razer Synapse. It’s honestly a great headset overall.

    I would not waste your money and go buy a hyper x cloud. The built in mic is not very defined and the audio is very tinny and unbalanced.

    I've been trying a lot of headsets to replace my arctis 1 wireless as of late but kept returning them cause I didn't like them. I tried everything from Logitech g535-->Nova Pro's and this by far beats them all when you factor in price. Very accurate song with decent bass that isn't forced. Try these out you'll love em!

    Great sound a mic quality. The dongle had issues with the mic and would need to be reconnected. After 3 months the dongle stopped connecting and being recognized by my PC. Got a replacement and will see if this was just a fluke

    Good replacement, Can be a bit bothersome when you switch from USB to Bluetooth as it'll switch device names. Good headset though

    Great when they work. Bought for Christmas and they already do not work in June. My son has had to continuously has to pair the headphones. Now they will not connect to his computer any more.

    Sound is great but mic started making weird noises that make it impossible to use for online multiplayer because others complain the random noises (while I play in a silent room) are annoying and hard to hear over. I bought this to use with my PS5 and realized too late it can’t connect via Bluetooth with PS5 so I’m throwing that out there in case it helps someone else.

    Good value headphones. I have to occasionally restart my game in order to get the mic to connect and work but overall good value headphones. Hoping a software patch down the road will fix this.
